    I started with a med issue of wetting my bed in my sleep to finding out every time I drank water I wet myself. Bought diapers and constantly told myself just relax. After I peed I would drink that much water to fill my bladder. After about a month my bladder had shrunk enough to now I wet my diaper without thinking. Working on complete incontinence by stretching and weakening my anal spinchters.

    Been wearing butt plugs for awhile now and have just inserted my new larger plug. It helps for when I am building up my daily deposit as my sphincter has weakened and I can poop more than 4 times a day after I remove my plug. Never know when its coming and that is satisfaction I get being a diapered naughty old lady.

    I love the feeling of pooping in my diaper. I don't always when I am about to go so when I feel a warm mess I am ecstatic and I keep it on as long as I can. I use diaper cream and its especially fun to be in public and poop my diaper. It feels so naughty.
