  1. I'm curious as to how Betsy justifies Abe's actions being non-consensual while hers aren't. Leona did make her objections obvious the first time they veered off-script. Was there a 'you have to use the diaper for everything' clause in the contract that she didn't read? Even the pacifier wasn't really an excuse - in BDSM, if someone's gagged and can't talk, you have to have a signal that substitutes for a spoken safeword. I feel that a professional would know that. I still enjoyed reading the story --- I just want to know how she rationalizes things. She's the character whose thoughts we've seen the least of, so that makes her a mystery... like what @Wannatripbaby said.
  2. Going to a lot of effort to steal an ugly sweater or a tacky pair of tights is the best thing, though. Related: Do Voidwalkers have a sense of fashion, and how good/bad is it? So either no one's told her about the shady aspects of Vector, or she's so angry that she doesn't believe it. I wonder how she would respond if she ever figured out that her little sister has powers.
  3. Time to start a life of crime to fund new clothing lost while fighting for the forces of good... I'm curious as to where that mindset is going to take Sami. Is she going to go down the dark side?
  4. I witch-cackled. Good luck, Bridgett! Oh, and I haven't been able to comment on every story update when they happen because I've been tired lately, but I liked them all nonetheless.
  5. Hey, Val, you could always punish her by making her run experiments over and over. ?
  6. I was tired and misread the second to last chapter and thought based on this that the new hero would in fact be a fake hero hired by Vector to investigate them and report back to the world at large that there's nothing there. In which case, it'd be a good thing that Bridget almost ate her! ...Maybe? Okay, probably not. If she's dead, there's no proof that she's a fake hero and Bridget is stuck with the guilt of killing someone who might be innocent. I'm curious as to how Val is going to handle Bridget's mistake after this is over. And how they're going to defeat Mi'cha... though I have a suspicion that there's a good reason she didn't show off her flying skills before. Maybe it'll attract too much attention? (Attention that will hopefully not lead to a bunch of heros trying to break into the main building where the Warmistress is, which seems like it'll lead to a lot of dead people.) Hey Val, Couldn't Bridget just... spit that energy back into Tenkai? Like how wolves will regurgitate food for their puppies! It's still good, right?? I'm sorry for this mental image. It came to mind and I had to do it.
  7. I've told two of them about it. One was fine with it, and another was concerned that any partner who I got involved with might be a pedophile looking for a replacement to the real thing. I wasn't really sure how to refute that except to explain that it can be a domination thing. In general, I got the feeling that the second one was uncomfortable with it.
  8. Be warned: Amazon does have rules about non-con and family relations. Even if it has no sex in the story, if your ABDL story features their family in it, they consider that incest and will ban you. Edit: I also think that messing will get you into trouble, and possibly wetting. I'm not 100% sure about that last one, but I have a feeling it would. Smashwords and Excitica don't have those restrictions, as far as I'm aware, but research that first before uploading anything.
  9. I happened to read your story when I was having a bad day and it made me feel better. That's why. That, and I like figuring out why people do things, and that includes characters.
  10. Hi! I really like your story. After reading the whole thing, I wondered why Val was interested in encouraging Bridget to to embrace her Little side. Manipulation? A means to an end, in getting Bridget to use her abilities? Echo's influence and affection for flesh creatures? Genuine affection after hanging out in Bridget's head for so long? All of the above? But, also, I re-read the first few chapters again and noticed something else: (I am unfamiliar with this forum interface and I can't figure out how to elegantly quote anything without dealing with huge posts, so I'm going to use a cruder method.) ---- The pain kept coming, wave after wave after wave, and soon she lost all sense of time. In the few moments between the pulses of agony, she looked at her pale skin and received a renewed dose of terror. The veins beneath her arm had begun to glow purple, as though the blood they contained had been replaced by some horrible ichor. As the shock of the sight overcame her pumping adrenaline, Bridget stopped struggling, and went limp, her body alternately wracked by pain and helpless sobbing. If she'd had the ability to produce sound, the only thing that anyone would have heard was a tiny, mewling cry, the sound of a terrified, defeated child. “Please...I want my mommy” ----- And a few moments later: ----- But as she did, she felt a strange chill course through her body, and an unfamiliar finger touched her lips, gently but irresistibly shushing her. Bridget craned her neck to try to look up at the head of the operating table and found herself gazing up at an upside down version of herself. Well, almost herself. Bridget had never, even in her goth phase, been a fan of all black or all that much leather, and her hair was certainly not a neon red. But the soft oval of her face was exactly the same down to the identical dimple in her chin and mole on the left side of her face, The girl's grey eyes were identical to Bridget's, and they had the same skinny frame. As Bridget looked up at her doppelganger, it spoke, and its voice too was like hers, except that it reverberated with an unearthly echo. “It is done. With this, little flesh-thing, you and I shall both have exactly what we desire.” ---- Given that you've said that they don't have the concept of the childhood, was it just that Val was already acting as what she thought a mother should be, she just wasn't aware of how that differed for humans until Bridget demonstrated it?
