Rearz...does not have the best track record regarding decisions in the ABDL world and they've had quite a few scandals that went viral in ABDL circles. But damn they do know how to make a good diaper.
Really? What's the scoop for the poop? I love scandals.

The email I got said only the mediums were going away, and I checked and the mediums are gone but the large is still there ( better hurry ) I see xp medical is in the two day shipping range for me. anyone deal with them? can I trust them? I would like to try the xp 5000 anyone know how they compare to better dry? Thanks for any advice you can give.
I have used XP Medical since 2018.
Their customer service is fast, responsive, and accurate. Agents are kind, accurate and good natured (playful if you approach it that way.
They contact me when necessary and don't increase prices without notification. This is a top rate company as far as I'm concerned.

Received an email from North Shore stating that the BetterDry was being discontinued and once their stock had been depleted that was it..
Anyone know if this is just a North Shore thing or have other vendors sent out notices as well?
Hope not... It's my daily diaper -- get it thru XP Medical. It's economical for a high-end diaper (from them) and replaced the crappy, poor quality Confi Dry 24/7 became.
Northshore's probably eliminating competition.

I’m not sure if the question is about physical or psychological ‘feeling’.
For the physical, well, that’s just like wearing diapers any other time except that it’s ALL the time. It’s a little bulky, it can be a little be hot, a little humid and it’s not always great for physical flexibility but I don’t mind. Sometimes however it’s quite nice having your own private cushion to sit on. After a few weeks, their presence starts to be less noticeable and in my case, I started to not notice being wet that much. It became normalised. Leaks happen and they suck but that gets better over time.
It seems that the price of the convenience of being able to pee in your pants is a substantial amount of inconvenience. It requires time, effort, money and planning
The main benefit for me was psychological.
When I used to wear diapers intermittently I found myself in one of two headspaces. One, thinking about how I’d rather be diapered and how long it was going to be before I could get back into a diaper and Two, IN a diaper but fretting about how long before I had to come back OUT of it. My low level anxiety about having to NOT wear diapers was starting to get in the way of the comfort I derived when I WAS wearing diapers.
24/7 resolved ALL of that.
- There is no beginning. There is no end. I am literally ALWAYS diapered. The borderless/endless cycle of diapering comforts me strangely and deeply.
- I don’t need to think about non-diapered time because there isn’t any: just diaper changes.
- I don’t have to control my pee because there is literally no point. It’s all going into my pants anyway and diapers prefer dribbles to floods so I don't bother.
- If I start bedwetting (which of course I did), well that’s one less reason to wake up and I’ll be well-diapered anyway so why care?
- If my continence erodes (and that is slowly happening), it’s irrelevant. I don’t use my continence anymore and I'll always be diapered anyway.
- I am being the way I want to be, all the time. I am what I am. Who wouldn’t want that?
An absolutely fantastic response!!!! Coudn't say it any better!!!
Ultimately, I really cannot tell by feel alone that difference between normal underwear and a diaper. Sticking the hand down there and feeling bulk or plastic confirms the presence of a diaper.

Have you or do you wear underwear over your diaper?
I had this idea of doing this and went out and purchased a 3 pack of new underwear and put one on over my diaper, it looked good and did a fair job of concealing the diaper, however when my wife found out she was mad as he**.
Never in a million hears. My diapers are my ONLY underwear -- no matter where I go or what I do...

Agree with all of you -- waistbands are a waste...

Once you get over the "everyone will find out" paranoia stage and you work into the "I just don't care who knows" stage, then you've arrived. The circumstance or the kind of clothing just doesn't matter anymore (by putting on plastics over the diaper) which is an awesome way to kill diaper noise and people just don't pay attention outside of themselves and probably won't notice unless you sound like a garbage truck. I am keenly aware of those around me and they completely miss it --and when I tell them I'm diapered they either ignore my statement or they keep on doing/going without a hitch (like nothing happened).
-
So, do you play on the wilds side? Hoping you won't wet the bed as you take the risk by not using some kind of bed pad and/or some kind of pee resistant mattress cover?
I take the risk and don't always use the bed pad (washable). I get burned a lot and still tooo stupid to learn. Thank God for the matress protector though...

heave ho, it must all go. Just throw them in with the rest of the trash already!!!

As y'all probably know, I gave up on ConfiDry as they went to quality hell. I don't know if it's been corrected as my tolerance for junk is low. The daily driver is now Better Dry; it works very well and is it works out, is cheaper than ConfiDry and way less expensive than Megamax. I do like Crinklz and InControl Hybrid Elites (a lot) despite a higher price.
InControl has notified me to a "new" cloth diaper fastener, so I bought a couple pairs. No expectation that I'll like them or they'll be any better than a Snappi style fastener (of which I am not a fan).

Point being, if you're wearing 24/7 and untraining and trying to live the life of an incontinent person, I honestly don't see how you CAN'T do it without plastic pants. I'll never not wear plastic pants again.
I rest my case. Thank you. I am a plastic pants dude.

@DiaperboyEddie12 -- personally, I like PVC much better than PUL. I have a couple of pairs of Trifecta's that I'll wear out occasionally in public; but prefer PVC. It just don't feel right if it's not PVC. PVC is much cheaper -- especially if you can get it on sale (like from InControl Ideal). It seems PVC also contains odors better, but it can get pretty brittle pretty fast. Good luck as you journey!!!

Screw that fair share crap. Get rid of the IRS and replace them with a dirty diaper. It won't stink nearly as bad. Shrink the government to a smaller, more responsive and responsible body or get rid of them altogether. You're always better off when there's less of it.

I have only tried them when included as samples which means very limited experience. The first one I tried leaked -- don't know if was just me, but after that I tended to not trust them. Had a terrible time prying off the tabs -- they stuck like hell. The jury still's out on them. Better Dry is my daily and I enhance them occasionaly with Crinklz and InControl Elites ( which I really like(,

Atta boy Eddie!!!
Probably more useless advice: Prices on Better Dry from XP Medical are probably the best priced on the web. When you order by the case, shipping is free and their autoship actually works well. In the end, they're significantly less than Megamax. Good luck!!!

Well, I tried InControl Hybrid Elites for the first time yesterday after deciding to open the case and try one. I was not disappointed. Hook and loop has come a long way baby. They were not rough; much more pleasant to use. Didn't trust them at first, but found the hook/loop worked pretty well. Didn't have to adjust them and really filled them up with pee in a fairly short time. Really wet day. Yes, Virginia, they worked great and I really like them.
Thanks for the disposal instructions as I was a little lost on how to roll it up. Hippo Sacks are great for that.
Got an email ad from them today. They've added more diapers to a bag (can't remember how many) thus making the case slightly larger. They also claim lower pricing which comes to about $2+ per diaper. It seems to be a better deal and I plan to buy more in the future. The mainstay remains Better Dry.

Welcome to the club. It only gets worse from here. Diapers really help and make things easier and more comfortable. Can't manage without them.

Does InControl Elite fit into that category? I have an unopened case and haven't tried them yet. Guess I should. Good excuse to open and try them?

I've bought a bunch of them at Rearz and InControl, which is a Rearz brand. The URL for Rearz is https://www.rearz.ca/. InControl is https://incontroldiapers.com/. I've bought plane t-shirt looking onesies at both of them, in white, black and charcoal. They're an indispensable part of my wardrobe; basically, if I'm going anywhere away from the house, I generally have a onesie on. They do a great job of preventing waistline diaper slips and they also take a bit of the bulk out and help prevent sagging.
Those are pretty nice and well made. Also, Changing Times (CTCD) also has a couple of them. I think they're made by ABU (Adult Baby Universe) which is another soure.

The IRS is a shell of what they should be. They have been underfunded for decades so that tax evasion is easier to pull off for the ultra wealthy. Meanwhile the IRS's detractors try to scare the middle class taxpayer into thinking the IRS is after them. None of this makes sense as the Tax Code has been modified to benefit the ultra wealthy anyway.
You've got to be kidding. The IRS is a blood sucking parasite that has and is out of control. They need to be de funded, not supported. What the heck are you taking? Are you an IRS agent? If so, get away from me....

Suitably re-attired, nappy held taut by silicon rubber grips pulled so tight that you could play them as a kind of pee-banjo, I made for the bedroom door. En route at around step 7, somewhere, deep within the thick padding at the front of my pants, there was a muffled but distinct “twang” and a concomitant relaxation of terry towelling.
It seems that my Snappy was the third lemming of the week to march off the “reusability” cliff edge.
I know the diaper pin blues all too well. My visual impairment makes it very hard to use pins without jabbing myself, so I get shy around them. Snappi's work OK, but they're just "not right".
When my children were infants/toddlers a hundred years ago, they were swaddled in cloth and we used diaper clips we got from Babies R Us. Of course, I can't find anything like them; not even close. They were great as the were placed over the top of the diaper and then pushed down (snapped) thus securing the diaper. Way better than pins. I wished they could make a come back.
If it weren't for the pins, I'd do much more cloth than I do now. You should reinvent those clips that worked so well.

Finding products was interesting as you had to be resourceful. Fortunately I fit into Toddler supersize plastic pants for quite a while. As others have mentioned, it was a big revelation when some of the "Letters" and other publications had the odd article about ABDL. Knowing others were out there was a relief. Once the internet happened, the doors were wide open. Now we can choose from a variety of companies for products that we only dreamed of years ago. It is amazing to have gatherings like CAPCON. We have come a long way!
Yeah... I was able to fit into Pattycakes, Gerbers and maybe one other that I can't remember. Oh, the good old days!!! Though now I'm swimming in plastic -- even with economic and supplier contraction there are still a few different plastic pants suppliers around. Still don't like China at all.
