I mostly just have little accidents when I cough or sneeze,( and I hate public restrooms...) But being a smoker, I cough a lot, particularly in a larger group of people. It's so embarassing to be trapped on the couch because you wet yourself. Even if I could "catch" it, having to do an awkward waddle to the bathroom, trying to walk as casually as possible is nerve wracking. After years of holding my pee for so long, now I really cant. I dont know I have to go until I HAVE to go, but if I dribble a little and relieve the pressure I'm ok for a little while longer. I enjoy the security of wearing my diapers in public, and it kinda gives me a rush. It's my secret, and I can pee whenever I want. Today I slowly wet myself out shopping, and it felt wonderful. The check out line was long, but instead of being anxious and in a hurry, I was the most relaxed person in line.

I havent needed to change in public yet, but unless is were a very busy time for the restroom I don't think I will have a problem with it. I currently have depends adjustables that have the velcro-like strips so I wouldn't have to take my pants all the way off and be sure obvious. However, despite my desire for discretion about both my slight incontinence and my little persona, I think I would enjoy being changed on the table in a public restroom by a mommy or daddy...

Yeah, that would blend in really well for that. Donyou wear and ride? How is it?

Does anyone else carry a diaper bag or anything around with them? How discreet (or not) of a bag do you feel comfortable toting around with you? I only change myself, so with discretion in mind I just carry my things in a handbag for now. (It's not much) I'm thinking about finding something a little more whimsical that an adult could still carry without drawing unwanted attention and looking for ideas. Unfortunately, this is a rather secretive part of my life, but I like to think there are ways around everything.

Its been brought up that I wanted to start wearing some padded underwear, but he took that as pantyliners. Not a very open-minded sort, but Im going to do this regardless. Something about it is just so comforting

Exactly my point. I see this as actually getting the stitches instead of just slapping a bandaid on it. Unfortunately, my s/o doesnt really know, and while he's sympathetic to my IC issues, I don't think he would embrace this, much less participate in any fantasy aspect of it, so I will have to hide it a lot. But I am on diaper 2 for today, and Im looking forward to being able to relax. The house is empty now,

Awesome, thank you! I really appreciate your input. I havent bought anything online yet, but I'm planning to when I can. I happened to find a 4$off coupon for depends, so I figured I would try. Very crinkly, and it holds tiny leaks ok, but it didnt seem to spread at all after the first few dribbles. Smell isn't so much of an issue, my hair reaking of coconuts covers almost anything lol but absorbancy is a huge factor. I know it won't be overnight, but I want this bit of confidence greatly. The last time I went out to lunch with a friend, I was just extremely fortunate I had a jacket to tie around my waist. I never want to have that worry again, but a diaper that leaks I feel would be so much worse.

Thanks, that sounds like pretty good advice. Ive started wearing at home more often as I'm alone more often that not, I have one on now that Im testing the capacity of. I had a coughing fit that forced me to wet it a little, thats actually why I need them, but I dont see myself wearing the same one all day, nor do I really want to waste them. I would really like to just be able to go whenever I need to and not worry about it. Yesterday, it took being stuck in 45+mins worth of traffic and refusing to stop anywhere, but I was finally able to fully wet my diaper. Im still experimenting with brands if you have any reccomendations? I just bought some Depends adjustables to try because I liked the little velcro-esque fasteners.

It's really reassuring to me to see you all have such confidence! I actually wore in public for the first time yesterday, and while I knew for sure no one could see it, I just couldn't let myself wet it. I still have a little trouble just letting go in private, and I'm not quite sure why. Does anyone else have issues with this?This was a purposeful decision that I made, and something part of me enjoys thoroughly... Maybe it just comes with practice? Im a newbie wearer, but it stems from an actual need now to wear them in public. I just feel counter-productive. Any suggestions? How did you reach your levels of comfort with wetting?

Ive had an interest for a looong time, but never really acted on it until recently. I still have pretty mixed feelings on it, as jt was multiple things pushing me forward. Mostly theyre just super comfortable. Sometimes they sexually excite me, the sensation of the padding against me, just having my own little secret... But a lot of it is about security. I can control my bladder for the most part, but it's mostly when I'm uhh, ""burnin' the devil's lettuce"" (Which is usually in a social setting) and cough really hard that I have issues. I was using all sorts of of other things, tissue, liner, to try and deal with it so I wouldn't always need to carry extra pants, but nothing I could relax and kinda forget about. I thought about diapers, but wasnt sure what to get, or where to get them from, so I looked online for samples and such and just wore whatever I got in the mail by myself to see how it felt, and I loved it. I actually just wore in public for the first time today, and it was so freeing! Every minute of it was amazing.

Im from the Eastern TN region. I've never had any experience like this with anyone else, I've only ever gotten to diaper myself a few times, but I'm interested in changing that. I'm still pretty new to all this, but I'm willing to learn, and naturally submissive. I've been really nervous about exploring my fantasies because I've never met anyone else who shared them. Hopefully I can meet a like minded individual here - either another little to play with or a daddy to teach me
