  1. So people, 2016 is drawing to a close in a few months and I thought we could try to revive this thread.
  2. So we're coming up on 2016, anyone got any new concert memories to share :)?
  3. It's fantastic reading about all the awesome concerts you've been to! Reminds me of the few shows I've been to so far. This thing with autism makes crowds kinda super, hide under the bed the boogeyman's coming, scary at times. And it's just recently that I've discovered the pleasure of concerts and that the music helps me forget the fear. So please, keep them coming!
  4. Hey you people! I was showering and reminiscing a bit to one of the best concerts I've ever been to, Parkway Drive in Stockholm a few months back. Me and my friend had a blast and screamed the lyrics to every single song until our voices gave out. Then we just kept on headbanging and moshing until the end by which we were so tired it felt like dragging a ton of lead for each step. But what stuck with me the most that night was what happened afterwards standing in line to get our coats. Some random dude just picks up out of nowhere and start singing the refrain to Seek and destroy by Metallica. Two seconds later the entire building is alive with hundreds of people screaming along at the top their lungs. It was one of those moments in life where you know that this is where you belong. This is the meaning of life, simple and pure, found in the kinship of people living and breathing music. In that moment I knew, these people know the feeling when the music you love takes you to another plane of existence, letting the music run through your veins like a wild forest fire. And all of this got me thinking about how other people feel at concerts. So I thought I'd ask all you wonderful people on here; what's your best memory from a concert or a show of some kind?
  5. I read the same notice but I seem to recall that he was looking for someone interested in taking over? If he did and actually found someone it's probably just temporarily gone. I used to love going there looking for inspiration when I wanted do a new photo shoot with a friend of mine so I hope it's a temporary thing.
  6. Freelance Photographery is my main source of income but I'm studying to become a software developer.
  7. Just read the story for the first time and I have to say it's quite a wonderful piece . Thank you for pointing me towards it @Kaidus .
  8. Just from when I was a kid, maybe 4-5 there abouts, Powerslave by Iron Maiden and a lot of classical rock. My uncle used to take me on short road trips in his Mustang around the area (I live with my grandparents in the house he grew up in) and talk about all the crazy stuff he did. We always had a blast and he always had some new cassette with classic rock every time.
  9. Got a few really close friends who knows, my mother knows (she's totally cool with it, as long as she doesn't have to see it) and a few places online.
  10. My mother knows about my diapers and the few pieces of ab themed clothing I have and is perfectly cool with it. She even helps me keep everything hidden (still living at home) and gives the occasional advice on hygiene or how to better hide everything. We don't talk much about it but she's made it clear that she supports it and loves me for who I am. She drops me a text or something before she comes home or if she knows anyone is on the way home to give me a chance to clean up and hide everything away.
