  1. And penny candy, I remember walking down the street a block away to a little ma pa store it was a house made into a store/ home. Anyhow I was maybe 4-5 yrs old my sisters and brother would go by ourselves and we got a dime or a quarter , and came home with a little brown paper sack full of all kind of candy....When it was safe to walk to the Store .

  2. I know you're really excited , and I would be also, if I had the money and the nerve. I do want to bring up just one more thing since it's close on the countdown . Don't get around anyone that is sick with even a cod. even if they let you do it with a cols , it may make the infection risk much worse . I know that when I have gone in for surgery in the past, if I had a slight temperature , they wouldn't do it. So as I have said before I am excited for you I just am an over thinker and worry about all of the problems . So you're the one having the surgery , and it's up to you to do research as you have done a good job at. Since I am a dad and you're the same age as my son, it seams like that kinda thing. I would be telling him everything I have been saying to you and maybe think of more. And I really hope it works and I will say I am jealous of you, I want to quit the up and down I have, I get plugged up can't pee and then I flood and overflow my diaper, since the Diaper is not made to handle a flood. So it sounds sooo nice to just have a steady flow. 😁😁🤪

I feel if I survive my wife I will be wanting a male to live with. I have soooo many fantasy's , that I may never ever have come to lite.

It seems like almost everybody wants me to be honest with the doctors and I just don't want to 😄

But I appreciate that I definitely can if I want to - I just don't want to tell them.  I would be embarrassed.

You're putting your health at risk if the Dr has no clue as to what you had done. I again will say to PLEASE tell your Dr. I have had a lot of Surgeries as I told you, It is much safer for your Life if the Dr knows everything you have done.. Please buck up and let your follow up Dr know.......You will get over the embarrassing part.

I guess I assumed they wouldn't know the external sphincter part was intentional.  It does give me something to think about.

In my opinion you just have to be honest to the Dr and if they choose not to do anything like just follow up then you keep going to different Dr's till you find one that will work for you. I learned one thing when I went through my cancer, the Dr works for you and he has to do what you want, You don't have to bow down to them, they will say you need to do this or that and it's your choice to say NO. You will find a Dr that cares enough about your mental state to treat you.

The bane of my journey. I haven't figured out yet how to pee while driving.

I had a hard time peeing while driving , It takes practice as everyone will say. But I used to lift my butt up use hands on the wheel, and using the wheel to make it easier to lift, and push, now to make it harder, if you can hold the wheel with one hand centered, you can push with the other hand on the bladder just for a few seconds , or do the pushing just beforehand , that will make the bladder a little weaker, and then you can drive safe with both hands. But the butt off the seat makes it much easier .

  8. Mine is having sex while in a soaked leaking diaper with  a guy and his soaked diaper,  69, etc. But not into a poop diaper. It's a deep fantasy , I'm married and that one will probably never happen . But a plastic backed soaked diaper is sooooo nice.

  9. I don't see a problem with letting the pee, Not poop drip on the shower floor? it's just liquid . How many people do you think pee in public showers? if your family is the only people using it. Anyhow just keep some shower clean spray in the shower and rinse the floor good, then as others say have a pad or just a good towel on the floor . then I would just diaper up , and spray the shower clean about half way of the walls and then spray the floor, and that keeps it clean. We used to have a shower clean auto spray unit, and we pushed the button as we got out and it would beep to give you time to close the shower door or curtain and it sprayed the walls and you just left it alone. It was made to coat everything and we almost never had to clean the shower . But they stopped selling it and went to a spray bottle .

I'd be cautious about having this surgery done regardless of it's location.   US,Mexico, the moon.  There are risks to any surgery. This elective surgery could have other complications.

Secondly perminant bladder incontinence, I would assume would get old to someone sooner or  later.

Once done there is now way to regain control over your bladder. You will be stuck with that forever.

I'm just a DL little, took  the opportunity to wear diapers for 52 hours. It was great to literally pee anytime anywhere.

But after just 52 hours I was so ready to get out of them for awhile. I gave diapers about a two week break before I wore another one.

With regular wear it gets easier and easier to wet.  Sooner or later you will develop a certain level of natural bladder incontinence.

    Be safe my friend.

You have good points. I kinda wish I could afford to have that surgery done, but I have issues I can't pee sometimes , I sometimes pee without being able to stop. I am on 24/7 pain meds. I have been diapers 24/7 for a long time? I think 2014? and I wore them to work everyday working out in the field an electrician . I do love the idea of having no control so I would have a steady small flow. A Balance . But I have had soo many cancer surgeries I don't want to do anymore at all. So I chose other ways and still trying to get that balance. But its to each there own. We have no choices of what anyone does, only thing we can do is offer our experience and our Advice and keeping it at that.

@foreverdlthere's a long run of pipe to the end and it exits the ground above a ditch which runs downhill so there's no water build up where it exits. We've never had a problem with the washer sucking dirty water back in.

This area is about as far from California as you can get, not in mileage mind you but in how people think. When I first started coming out to this area I noticed a lot of homes had a spot in their yard surrounded by a waist high chain link fence with no gate to enter. I was very baffled by this as I grew up on the east coast. They always seemed to have a small pond inside the fence. I have seen this many times in Florida but the purpose is to geek alligators from making themselves at home and putting children and pets at risk. There's no alligators in Kansas. I finally asked my wife why people would waste money fencing in a small pond in the yard like that and found out that was the homes septic system. It's called a septic lagoon. The fence is to protect children and animals from contamination. They have sewage systems in every city but once you're out on the country they don't have that.

We live in the Flint Hills of Kansas. When I went to put in our clothesline for my cloth diapers soon after moving in I used the backhoe to dig out for the posts. The post closest to the house I hit solid bedrock at about two and a half feet and maybe three feet on the other post which is twenty feet away. That's why we don't have a basement. That's why they have septic lagoons. That's why big trees out here fall over in really windy conditions, the roots can't get down below the bedrock so they grow outward and it's not a string enough anchor for the tree.

    Hugs,

    Freta

I lived in Ohio till I was about 21. We had a few homes with septic tanks. My dad opened one of them up and since we didn't have the money to do it correctly , he let it over flow into a home made leach bed, it smelled bad wen the wind was the wrong direction . But it was all of the home waste black water etc. I just learned a lot about what was not allowed out here by being in the Service and repair business . We live in the mountains now so about 4000 ft, and we are in city, so on all of the underground stuff . Our water supply pipes are are worse worry, even though most of that is inside of the inner walls, we have chances of that freezing . But back when I worked on appliances etc, I saw a lot of Mickey Mouse washer drain hookups. And got to show soo many people why you don't duct tape the drain hose to the drain pipe, and I had one that ran a garden hose from the washer drain out to the back yard. And the hose had fallen down so it was lower than the washer tub and they called us because the water wouldn't fill up ?? like what kind of idiot would do that. Well I saw a lot of stuff .

    Hugs Back

  12. We have to leave our kitchen water drip a lot of nights , We do have a cement slab but even though they put the water pipes in the middle of our home , some of it is in the garage and in the attic , with old pipes , copper and I have replaced a few for leaks, I don't want to have a flood ..In Ca it's not legal to drain the washer into the yard. I did appliance repair for many years and there were a lot of problems with people doing it,. With the whirlpool top load washer, if you look in the washer when it is filling up for rinse cycle, it will suck the muddy water back in that was just pumped out, If there is not a suction break in the pipe where the washer drain goes in. I have seen it a lot of times. and you want to make sure the drain pipe outside is above the puddle . You do have to push down on the lid switch to see what I am saying. It's sick to see muddy water being pumped back in...

  13. I wet till the usual maybe 5-6? But we , my younger brother and me, had pee wars peeing on each others beds. And I remembered a night that mom caught us and then made us sleep in each others beds, in wet beds. That's not a good punishment , we liked it. If I was smart I would have gone back to peeing the bed on purpose .  I have told this on here before , but  my brother and step brother shared a king size unprotected bed and I had a bed in the same room, and I had stopped peeing by that time age 10. Well I loved to get undressed and lay in there pee bed all wet and I got really excited doing it. I wish I had still wetted the bed so we could have shared that bed..

  14. I can add some help to the already good input . I make my night diaper with layers of the cheap ones I get cheap from second hand . Now I use a pair of mens underwear , the pair that looks like nylon but with a full one inch waist band. pulled up over my diaper even for daytime . Then put plastic pants over that. And for night time since it gets really heavy, I also wear women's skin tight , tights I think 🤔 is what they are called. Now the underwear will get wet, so you need several pairs , I like the dried smells so I just hang them to dry and reuse them for about a week, and wash them with a cloth thin layer I use inside against my skin. Sorry if it is confusing just ask, or MM me. I have had and still do a lot of trial and error . And get good advice from here.

  15. I wear 24/7, I have gotten to the point of being relaxed to wet at home when I want to. I still have a little fear of leaking when out in a store. But less since I need to use the the driving carts in a store. I figured if I leak I can stay sitting down?? till I get to the car.  I get a little embarrassed peeing in the store , I think they can tell and are looking at my face? But it feels so so good 😊

Yes, I will probably go down there and have the surgery done. If I had a passport, and the money available now, I would schedule it as soon as I could.  I want to stop living the lie of temporary incontinence that home made stents provide. I want the calm and peace of mind that permanent diaper dependence will give me. After having these diaper desires since I was 5 years old, I want to finally live the rest of my life incontinent.

Right now, most of my money is tied up in investments, and won't be available for 12 to 18 months. Also, I'm the primary care giver for an elderly ailing parent, so I can't just leave the country for a couple weeks.

AS you know at your age you can do as I did 5 or more years ago and start wetting my pants at work.... And thence you need to wear. Once you are an adult over the age of 60 you don't need to explain to anyone and tell them to get screwed if they ask.

That's fair.  It's not a picture perfect ideal.  But within the realm of getting incontinence surgery, I don't see a good alternative out there right now.  Do you mean that you would have the surgery somewhere else?  Or not have it at all (given only the one existing option)?

If my only option to become inco was to go out of the country you Bet I would not have that done. I am not wanting to rag on other countries surgeries . But I have had way to many done here and with all of the research possible, Done beforehand . I still had an infection that almost killed me for a cancer reconstruction surgery done HERE. It is your body as I say. I do hope you are here in a few months to say I told you so..

One thing that heartens me is how many years the surgeon at this center has been doing a variety of urological procedures.  I think it's always a risk any time you travel (from anywhere to anywhere).  But seeing the reddit posts of happy customers and knowing how experienced he is helps a lot.  And the Mexico healthcare rankings and even just the proximity (our next neighbor to the south) give me a lot of hope.  But I don't want to discount your hospital stays.  Were they abroad or domestic?

My hospital stays and surgeries were done here in Calif Us. And I am not saying that any Dr or hospital is good or bad. I personally will not do that surgery . But I am 66 yrs old, and I have way less yrs to live than you. Just know that No surgery will come without side effects or without a big chance of an infection or other. I just try to give you input from my many years of life and of living with things like cancer. I had to have one of my last ones done so I could eat food. See my cancer was oral. Most people didn't live more than 5 yrs from this after 5 yrs. And that was 2007-2011. So I am not a dummy . I have lived it. Any surgery is not to be taken lightly .

That's an interesting facet of how to approach future care.  I'm not planning to tell American doctors that I ever had anything done in Mexico, and certainly not the reason why.  But I would tell them I had a procedure done, and now there are issues.  Some might be more comfortable sharing the full truth.  (I don't think there would be a difference in care between the two, though).  But an interesting choice about how much one is comfortable divulging.

As long as you keep that part out of future Dr visits then you will be be able to play dumb and say I don't know what happened . I have had a number of Cancer surgeries done they ARE life threatening cancer surgeries . It is not the same as I want to wear diapers as we all want to do. But as I agree it is your body you can do and will do what ever you want to do. I am trying to save you headaches later .. If you want to believe others that have not had long hospital visits then that is up to you.

Using that train of thought, I hope that NONE of the 2 million immigrants who walked across the border last year have to go to the hospital here for complications from a surgery in their home country.

Ok HOW many of them have had an elective surgery like this done ??????? And how many of them are here that are legal?

1 minute ago, Diapered Dave said:

How would they know it was a "Do harm surgery"? He could just tell them he had surgery for urine retention, and now there are issues.

It would take a dumb Dr to not know it was what it was. Our Dr's are pretty smart
