  2. I gave up with the GP's at my surgery. Just the same as with you guys. When I was in hospital I was given proper tena maxi nappies, at night these are a Godsend. Now, mostly thanks to my receiving DLA (Disability Living Allowance) I can afford to buy them myself direct from tena. They are not AB/DL aware but they don't ask questions from you either, other than what you want to buy and your card details. My last order was around £40 for a case of 52 tena maxi slips. Or was it 52.. I can't remember, they had a price change one time, ah yeah, there was 3x21 in the case that time, I think... Sorry my memory really sucks as well... part of symptoms from also having fibromyalgia. But anyway... I have seen people in ebay selling just the plus or super for something like £10 for 5 plus p+p... Tena delivery free and I usually get them next day all the way up here in N.E. Scotland Site address I can post, I don't know if there are any policies here against doing so so I will leave that for now, but I will post if it is alright to do so! Huggies, babyfj
  3. Hi, my 1st post although I've checked out the website a few times now. I'm from N.E Scotland, am disabled and incontinent due to spinal surgery. I have always had a liking for nappies though since a very young age... The baby side of me is there but with the nappies being the most part... I only have a dummy as part of my baby apparel... Although there are some really nice clothes on the go in ebay A central meeting place for ab/dl's would be amazing. I'm on benefits and actually slightly better off now that when I was working, it's ironic for that to be the case. I went on the train in December/January with 3 relatives. Months ago I was trying to get fare prices and it seemed that applying for a disabled rail card would get 1 adult fare free that travelled with me. By the time I booked in December, after buying the rail card for £16 I got a Scotrail friends fare for just £45 for the 4 of us. Sorry for going on... I would be prepared to travel a good bit to meet other likeminded Ab/dl's too Huggies, babyfj
