Hey man you should head to the hospital right away I'm actually in the hospital myself right now for exactly the same thing and had I waited any longer I'd be dead. My bladder infection has made its way to the kidneys and has also made its way into my blood and I'm septic. And it happened within a matter of hours. My blood pressure dropped all the way down to 70 over 30. Get to the doctor right now do not try to beat this infection on your own you will not. Trust me on this one I've made enough mistakes for the both of us get to the doctor. As it stands I still don't know if I'm going to live through this one.

Hey guys sorry I've been away for a while I really owe you guys an update. So I wanted to address a couple of comments that I've seen on the board in the last few weeks and again I'm very sorry that this took so long. The extra large stopper flange at the end of silicone nozzle goes all the way inside fully encapsulated. I know it says it's not supposed to. But I had absolutely no trouble slipping it in completely. Maybe it's just because I play with larger sounds? I'm not really sure. I don't recommend cutting the silicone pieces to anyone because as soon as you do you wind up with a rough area that will never truly be comfortable once fully encapsulated in the urethra. Guys good luck out there I really do mean it. And I know that this is extremely difficult to fully understand what I'm doing based on posts that I put on the internet and it would be much easier if we were all members of some club that met up once a week at a local establishment but unfortunately that's not the case. Those of you that want to message me privately I will be happy to share personal contact information with in order to better explain how this works for me.

Those of you who have read my previous post about the last time I was in the er from this fetish you know that I underwent major surgery and lots of complications. Well this time I am happy to report that the retrieval process went very well and I am being released in the morning, I have to wear a catheter until Monday, the irony. But otherwise I am 100 percent. Thanks for the concern every one that pmed me or messaged me on this board.

Well I am off to the emergency room again. This time I have a drinking straw stuck in my penis. Funny thing is that it works beautifly, I am totally incontinent and in zero pain. But unfortunately I can't get it out. So fucking crazy, I am going to the er to undo something that I have always wanted. It is much more realistic then the catheter has been. I can't even feel the straw. I'm on my 3rd wet diaper and I will probably be in a few more before they get it out. Wish me luck ok. I am very scared even though I don't sound like it.

Hey fellas, couple things I wanted to let everybody know. I've had some new successes lately and I thought I would share it with everyone.

yeh i till stent. this morning was another painful lesson. i thought i had a great new design, trouble was i made it to thick to remove easily. hell of a lot of pain but im good now and its working.

So I was the one that made that custom order on custom made for a duplicate of austmos cath wand. I receive it back in October of 2012. I had fun with it the first day but I accidentally lost the retrieval string inside me. So I went to the er thinking a quick scope in my penis and I would have it out. That's what the doctor said anyway. 3 hours later I wake up with 18 staples and a catheter in. They had to cut my bladder open to retrieve the Stent. (they refused to return it. Dumb thing was solid silver too) so after 2 months healing i though I was done. Nope. Hernia at the surgery sight. So last month I finally had that repaired. Worst Hernia my doctor had ever seen. So I am finally almost better. I might have died either time under the knife. I was lucky. Please be careful.
