    The trick is a very full bladder relax the muscles down there and let your bladder just flow out by it self you have to do the opposite of holding it in. Don't try to push the urine out. BWARE how often you do this or you may find yourself wetting your pants this trick is part of the 12 month program suggest you read that.was

    Night time incontinence usually involves becoming day time IC. Sometimes hypnosis works usually have to have live hypnosis sessions. Only a few people are able to be hypnotized by the hypnosis tracks. Ive pretty much have ruined my bladder muscles for daytime incontinence

    All the things you seek there is no such thing you either get a thin diaper that doesn't hold much or get a thick diaper that holds a lot. Ive always dress in baby lose fitting jeans or slacks and extra big shirts.
