I was told by another member that I need a spanking...How do I have to do it?

I like my diaper to feel snugged...so I will often wear shorts or something and jack them up so I feel the 'bulk' better...I am peeing right now and am looking forward to changing myself and putting on a new one. I just always feel so guilty wearing diapers, peeing in them..

It does make me feel more like a baby but it makes me feel gross inside too...

I have only pooped in a diaper a few times...not sure how I feel about it..I prefer peeing in diapers...I feel conflicted about. Me too. I go through phases of wearing diapers...and when I get the compulsion again, I have to pee and change my diapers multiple times a day..I will drink tons of water..problem is, my obsession has started to make me late for things...like I am not going to go to a job in a diaper...I will drive around in them but thats about it.

Have you ever changed yourself in the car? Sometimes I go to the grocery store..I always try to go some place that has a one-staller...I get nervous if there are multiple stalls.

I like to spank myself too...I usually pee in my diaper before I spank myself...or I spank myself and then force myself to pee..I need to be spanked right now but am being lazy.
