From what I read, he has bi polar I - with psychotic features.. I didn't see where he said he was conning his way in there?
I just assumed he wanted to wear diapers for their therapeutic value and felt he would be ostracized for wearing them and felt he should fib and say he was incontinent.

I cannot speak for the OP, it may be sexual and it may not be. But I dislike how on this forum, when you hear about people wearing a diaper in public, or around family, or at school etc. that people say you are forcing your fetish on other people, which is not at all what people are doing.

I don't see how wearing diapers outside of your bedroom because you are not incontinent is "forcing it on other people"
To the original op: You can just say you have bed-wetting or incontinence issues due to emotional distress from time to time..
I dislike how people assume that it's a fetish for everyone, when it's not necessarily a fetish for everyone. This is not a fetish for me, it is not sexual for me at all. This is more of a self-comforting thing, I don't get off on wearing diapers, I just feel calmer when I wear diapers.

I highly doubt Pampers would ever do such a thing, and why were you rude to them in your reply?
What did they say to you that was so bad? What did you honestly expect them to say?
Pampers would never make a product for the adult baby community; doing so would be a major public relations disaster for them.
There is a profit to be made in selling adult diapers yes, but the cost/benefit is higher on the side of potential cost.
There would be a lot of people (and media) who would interpret Pamper's actions as wanting to create products so "sexual deviant can get their jollies off"
that statement is not true, but that is how the media and a bunch of close-minded soccer mom's would interpret the idea of Pampers selling adult-baby diapers. This could also cause these soccer mom's to create petitions to boycott Pampers products.
I could also picture it being made fun of on late-night talk shows as well, creating more negative media attention for their company.
it just would not be good for business

well i don't think it takes much time to read new stories on mention of diapers
you can just go to Google and type in
"adult diapers" or "diaper" etc. and click on news and search and then sort by date and you will get the most recent news stories which has has the word diaper in the article title or in the article content.

He really thinks that Stanely just does this AB thing 24/7? This is why I hate people, they're so ignorant and they refuse to do their own searching.. a good journalist would do his/her own investigation before he/she comments on a topic.
And what is his issue anyway? he seems to be so upset about ribbons and the government supplying diapers for low income families who cannot afford them..

I am pretty sure people don't notice actually. I had a midterm and write in a separate smaller room because of my anxiety (only about 5 students write in there). I only have problems with urine incontinence, and I should have changed before my midterm but had ran out of time, arrived late and I knew my diaper could still hold more.
Went through my midterm without any leaks or anyone making any reaction to how i may "smell" I am pretty sure that shows if there was any smell it was very minor considering how wet i was by the end of the midterm
I use Tranquility ATN, which apparently had some kind of peach mat thing that gets rid of the odour (too bad it does not smell like actual peaches lol)
I tend to drink mostly water over any other fluid anyway, it's way healthier

not sure if this has been asked, i scrolled tried finding it but didn't.
i have problems with controlling my urine, sometimes my BM but mostly my urine.
I am wondering though, if I don't change right away because my diaper can hold more than one wetting (wearing tranquility ATN) can other people smell it?
I have been around people and they would let out a sniffing noise, but i asked what's wrong and they say "nothing" so I don't know if they smell me or not. They might just have the sniffles and I am paranoid
if they are able to, what kind of things have you done to mask it?

Living in Toronto, I know the scale of how large that comment is in the Ottawa Sun ... That's a "wow" moment right there.

The author just figured that dailydiapers was a good site to meet people who are ABDL or diaper lovers. There are people who come on this forum who are married and come on this site to talk about their sexual fantasies with people other than their wife. (There is nothing wrong with that for the fact that because their wife may not be accepting of it so they must attempt to fulfill their fantasies by coming on the forum and interacting here)

I do understand that a perceived need, for someone who has OCD or some other disorder, (the need to count things 3 times, or check pockets for something etc) is different from a need as in a necessity (the need to eat)
but we cannot judge another persons perceived needs based on ours
what i was stating was it was not said anywhere that this was a sexual fetish for him or that he was trying to get his jollies off - and that he didn't need to be attacked for that.
