  1. Retired 10+ yrs now after over 30 yrs in auto engineering, most in emission testing. Main job was on Chassis Dynomometers developing and verifying the fuel economy and emission numbers seen on car window stickers. Part of that was running refueling tests in a sealed box/garage to measure hydrocarbon emissions. If a car didn't pass, Chrysler couldn't sell that line. Fortunately, most all passed, the one that didn't turned out to be a mish mash of wrong parts. Once proper "production" parts were installed, it too passed. The refuling test is the last of many to certify a vehicle line for sale. When I did cert tests, I had all kinds of EPA officials and my bosses crowded into my 6x10 control room.

From early youth through today I have been involved in the family construction business. It evolved into an inspection service as (late) dad and my siblings are getting too old to swing a hammer every day. lol

Bottled Pepsi for three years starting two weeks before my high school graduation. Talk about scheduling night mares, I had my own and a girlfriend's graduation and proms to attend. I think I got about 6 or so hours sleep in those 7-8 days. lol

As soon as I was able, drove dump trucks for another family members' business. Actually ran it for quite a while when he was disabled.

I spent 2 yrs transporting custom cars, setting up and running car shows around the country. If I was to say I've driven Munster Koach, Dragula, and many others, it would be too close for someone to ID me, so I'll leave it at that. lol FYI, those in the US may know the shows as "Autorama," "Motorama," "Cavalcade of Customs," etc

Recap, I have never been out of a job since my pre teens until I retired Dec 31, 2001.

Re PreferWets' post; I agree, loved the car shows and travelling, but the weeks on the road and time away from home, family and friends did take a toll.

  2. Too bad you chose to miss it. As others said, it is an awsome experience.

Been there, done that. Worked in the pits for the top ranked wheelstanding pickup truck. Nothing like getting hit full in the face with Nitro-Methane exaust as he fired it up.

Worked the starting line for him too, mainly pouring bleach on the track for burnouts and photographing everything I could. This was back in the days, ('60's,) of only manual 35MM cameras and a light meter was needed. No "point & shoot" like today. lol Got some awsome pics at the starting line and slightly down track of him and others. There was still a starting flagman although the "christmas tree" was used to start the race. We used to 'tangle' on who would stand where. lol

Side note going to street drag racing. Woodward is/was the place to test "skunk works" dragsters. Look up/google the Chrysler/Dodge "Silver Bullet." Yea, my coworkers and I were part of that.

Since I'm talking to a world audiance, let me clarify that all manufacturers had a "secret" "skunk works" location where they tested prototypes and pre-production parts in house or on the streets. Some made it, others died after testing.

Gratiot and Telegraph saw their fair share of test cars and I have the (Gratiot & Woodward) tickets to show for it. lol

  3. Me and my guy were going to go away for a week but are sales mangers father passed away. So we had to go back home we have a used car lot that is a handful to say the least. I wanted to explore role playing I feel since me and my guy have been sharing his AB/DL side. I have truly discovered a side to myself I never knew. He has also seemed to enjoy my input. I have been an uptight person most of my life but since he trusted me with what was a deep dark secret to him. I have taken long hard look at myself. I love how we have bonded over trusting each other with our true feeling of our self's. We have worked very hard to make our business work that I have lost who I am. We have a large car lot with 75 to 120 cars keep to selling. Plus an auto service center to deal with as well. I love that we can let lose and still take care of business. I read some of the things I have posted on other forums in the past and it has made me realize what a judgmental person I have been. I have also read what others have posted on others sites about this fetish and how just plan mean they are. But if I would have been asked about what I think of this in the past I would have had some real negative things to say. I like that I am becoming a more understanding person. I love that my guy has helped me become a better person. Well thanks for letting me share. I hope I make sense with what I am saying.

Very good story and I hope everyone sees it. Glad you have "adjusted/changed."

I wasn't going to comment further, but after multiple re-reading and letting this sit for a day, I have to offer what I hope is some constructive comments.

The main point is to please proofread before posting. You say you run a used car lot. That involves contracts where the right or wrong words can make or break a deal and come back to bite "you" big time.

You used "are" instead of "our" in the first sentance and another couple of not quite right words/phrases. No big deal here, but it/they could be problems in your busines.

Best to you and your boy friend/business partner.

  4. Tired, but can't sleep. Even took my chill pill and just can't settle down. Starting to get a migraine too, cranky baby tonight!

Same here for me for at least the last week, although no migraines, cranky as hell and hard to get to sleep.

    Best to you.

  5. Ok some more things have happened at work, and this time for the better. I think my boss is actively trying to make me NOT want to leave my store any more, quite possibly because she knows I'm the one who does most of the freight processing on truck. The older assistant does her best but she's like 60 so she's moving a little slow and the other assistant is my age but does NOTHING but stand around... Anyways my boss is now actively calling me Rina... Sarina when i screw up, and has actually started refering to me as she and her. In the end that's all I have really wanted... I'm still moving as soon as I can but at least the stress at work has finally dropped down to its old levels before I started to transition.

Too late and tired to make other comments. I have followed you from day one, so best to you for hanging in there!

  6. When you reminisce about the good old days of having your poopy diapers changed with care, what are some of the small details you love? For instance, loud sound of the velcro being untaped or the graze of long fingernails on your ankles as you're being wiped down. What are your favorite small details?

    What Wheels said;

Do you have clear memories of your changes? I'm curious what they are!

How about you, (MSD,) posting yours first?

It's getting odd that many with only a few posts, therefore no track record of "orientation," are asking "personal" questions without posting their thoughts/experience first.

BTW, at over 60, I have no recollection and there was no such thing as Velcro. :D

  7. ....so my dad is nearer the hospital for his radiotherapy for the next 5 weeks of weekdays. ....

Radiotherapy? Does that mean he will be forced to listen to select radio stations? lol

    Being funny, but also not.

Radiation therapy for cancer is serious business. Yesterday, I just completed 46 straight days, (minus weekends & holidays,) of radiation. I should be cancer free, but further tests/monitoring is needed. I was lucky, I got sent to a facility with the latest & greatest. Treatment took less than ten minutes where their other locations, with older machines, could take over 45 minutes of having to remain absolutely still.

  8. Ill take them if you still have the two bambino diapers.

    You're new here, and welcome.

    Friendly advice....

DO NOT revive old threads without something new to say!

READ a thread completely before posting! If you had, you would have seen post #2, where they were spoken for two and a quarter years ago!

In two of the three threads you ressurected, the OP, (Original Poster,) have not been on this site for up to two years. Hint; Roll your cursor over a poster's name and an information box will pop up showing join date and "last active" date. Use it before replying and/or asking questions.

Side note, Re the locked thread.... you mods get to have all the fun... thread was locked, but two mods could still comment, but I can't throw in my cynical/sarcastic two cents worth. :mf_swordfight: Ummm... did anyone find out if they're still available? :whistling::rolleyes:

Just curious question for any mods reading this; was that "wannabe State Trooper" banned and why, or was/is his "guest" status due to the board crash some months back? (PM me.) I'm glad I'm nowhere near his state. His attitude, demands, willing to pay so much, and rush make me very leery of what would happen if I or anyone was pulled over by him.

Now that I've had my say, you can lock this one too, as someone else said about nano posting, you can't fix stupid. :D

  9. bobbyfox: the last reply in this post (before you added one) was 20 September 2011 (i.e. 9 months ago) and its been the best part of a year since the original poster replied.

    ... I could be wrong, but I think this thread's a dead one ;)

:girl_happy: Good call. Not to mention that the OP has not been on here since around 10 a.m. August 3, 2011.

  10. Does anyone ever feel like they did their best to contribute to something just for someone else to say that it was basically pointless and you feel like garbage because you thought you were being productive

Yes and no. I feel I do my best to contribute, although I will post ancedotes and side, (on or slightly off topic,) stories, if I feel it might be helpful or interesting to others.

No on the garbage thought. This is an internet forum/message board. Most any criticizms, (and praises,) are looked at, accepted, rejected, answered or ignored and I move on. There is no reason to "feel like garbage" if one has posted their opinions/thoughts. That's what this dirverse life entails.

  11. Wetman, my window is boarded shut cause my landlord took a house and turned it into 3 apartments. Where my window used to face out is someone else's living room...

Based on what little info you have given, that has to be a code violation and/or illegal. There are codes/laws on windows and egress.

Looking at the big picture, (not your air circulation or comfort,) you have to have a way to get out in an emergency and if your landlord's remodeling has put you at risk, you need to get it corrected or move.

  12. What's one thing you can say that is nice about YOU? And one nice thing that you like in a DD friend here? And why not, how about one more....1 nice thing that happened to you or was said in the last hour to you?

Have fun baby and big girl fwends!

Why don't you answer your question first? As I said earlier, you seem to be asking a lot of personal questions without posting your answer.

  13. I thought this would make good conversation and get everybody at DD to 'connect' more and get to know each other better...So, that said...What do you do professionally, do you not work? Do you like your job if you do work? What do you like about it most? The least? Do you wear your diapers to work and changs yourself there? Also, growing up...What were you dreams/what you wanted to be in life? And now, being older, have those dreams changed, and if so, what? What keeps you motivated with your goals and dreams in life?

    You're getting awfully nosey. :whistling:

How about you answering the questions first?

At the moment, all I will say is I'm retired and loving life.

  14. Condolences and RIP Fozzy's mom.

.....I was thinking about this a while back, what if something happened to me or another member here, how would or could the info be passed along to everyone else....

A trusted person has a sealed envelope with instructions and passwords to be able to post on all sites I'm on. There is a partially written "obituary" that will eventually be included in said envelope.

  15. Disney parks have only ever closed completely a few times in the history of the parks. However there are better times of the year to go than others. .....

Because of the location of the parks, there is no need for them to close ever. Even during hurricaines, they don't necessarily close at disney world, but certain rides may be shut down due to safety concerns.

Belive it or not, Disneyland (California,) used to be closed on Mondays & Tuesdays for the winter/after Labor Day, back in the '60's. I tried to go on a Monday, but ended up down the road at Knott's Berry Farm. My itenerary didn't allow for me to stay until Wednesday, but in retrospect, I should have modified it to visit Disneyland.

Slightly off topic, we were at WDW, (Florida,) when the only building that existed was a visitor center that had films, drawings, whatever of the proposed park. Half the tour group went in to view them and the other half of us sat outside on the steps to watch a space launch from Cape Canaveral. (Awsome to see in person/live, rather than TV, although we were miles away.)

  16. .....Though the city doesn't like it. "They can kiss my ass" I'm not gonna do what they tell me too do......
    I don't know if you are making comments to run up your post count, (7-8 per day,) or are serious, but you obviously didn't pay attention to;

.....eventually, the city will come along and fine them for keeping a sloppy yard and they will be forced to clean up their property. (And in worst case, the city will do the cleanup and bill the property owner. [R])
Trust me, at over three times your age, I and other acquaintences have had a share of hassles w/code enforcement officers, some not very pleasant. Once one gets on their "list," it can be an endless string of nit-picking inspections, court dates, and fines.
  17. I'm just curious to know what turns you on about wearing a diaper and what kind of dirty/kinky/sexy things you do in them.

Wierd for a first post. This may sound harsh as it is innended to be. You ask a question that I and many won't answer. Why don't you tell us yours before asking ours?

Your and your curiousness can go suck until you post yours and have more posts under your belt.

  18. ....In short the OP needs to stop sending money and/or buying things and sending them to someone who takes it and never comes to visit....

In short the OP needs to take this new girl and see where it goes... because she has many interests as him outside of ab stuff, and a relationship based solely on ab stuff is not much of a relationship.

In short the OP needs to understand how to write better more coherant posts.

    Agreed on all points.

I had to read it several times, and like others above, I was still thinking ???? and huh?.
