    Going Down! I have started a program that includes a 2,000 calorie diet and expending 3500 calories per week at the gym, burn 700 calories at the gym 5 times a week and I am there! I have already gone down from 246 to 243.6! I started on Sunday! At this rate I should drop 2 pounds per week, 8 pounds per month, and be 206 by the end of July

      How do you like the Bambino diapers? I like wearing Bambino's but boy jump into a lake with them and they just grow bigger. Makes my butt look bigger.
