[Wipes]

So, I'm a long time lurker, rarely post. I searched for a similar topic, but couldn't find one, and this seemed the most appropriate section. I wear diapers quite frequently, not 24/7, but close. This topic is about wipes. Currently I've been using the Cottonelle baby wipes. They make me feel clean, but they don't get rid of the smell. Other than obviously showering after every change, which is impractical, what wipes have you found to be the best for getting rid of that urine smell.

i personally love the disney princess huggies wipes. i love the scent and they clean well.

If she wants you to make her a diaper then i think she will ask, but dont just make it that could make her feel worse about the situation.

Well a part of me thinks she does it because she likes wetting herself. she can be very lazy and I'm not saying anyone else is but I have known her for years so I know her really well. She was already asked before by another friend, why was she using cloth instead. She said it was because she couldn't help it because she has had kids before but even before she got sick she would go to the bathroom to do it and I think that since getting sick she has started to like it.

Well if she asks then I will but if not I won't ask... thanks for the advice!

[Blankie Dependence... Anyone Else Dependent On A Blankie?]

I am very much dependent on mine. I Have two that I sleep with every night. One is a precious moments blanket I got a few years ago that my mama bought me and the other is a blue cow blanket my granny gave me. I layer them on me every night... I get cold so easy I need them along with a sheet and quilt to keep warm. I would not be able to sleep without either of them and have been sleeping with them since I got them.

As long as both people are concenting and no one is beng hurt,then i dont see it as beeing in anyway dangerous,but as was said in another post as long as there was a safe word so that when someone wanted it to stop then it did.

ok I wasn't really sure where to post this but since it's about diapers I thought I would ask here.

I am not so sure how to explain this but I will do my best. Let me start off at the beginning first and then I will get to my question.

A while ago I had gotten sick from a bad cold I got from a friend of mine and we were both really sick for a while. I was coughing so much that I would wet myself a lot so I had to wear diapers. Well turned out my friend had this to happen to her too. Only thing is she is not a DL/AB/or LG and she had to have something to wear too but she was too big for any of the disposable/protective underwear. She ended up having to use pads, but the thing is, I beleive that it weakened her bladder and she continues to wear pads but they are not enough.

I brought it up in conversation that when I got sick I had to wear diapers and then she had said she could not find any in her size... then later she said she was using what she could in case she coughed and wet herself but I haven't talked to her about it.

My question is this... do you think I should bring it up in conversation again and if she mentions having a weak bladder, should I offer to make her an adult cloth diaper? What do you think? I think she should have something better than what she uses now. I really don't want to go into details on what she uses but I feel sorry for her. What should I do?

A lot of littles make a parent feel like a piece of meat. We dont care for being attacked like dinner.

That is really sad. I'm an AB/LG and I would never do that. My daddy would have to be someone I loved and cared for very much and for them to love me very much.

It's makes me sad how some people can be so selfish. I even know a few very selfish people myself and that is no way to live.

Well as for me... I guess I would have to say it makes me feel good and secure. Also every time I regress it brings back my happy childhood memories even from the time I was still in diapers and my mama pushed me in my green stroller.. "sniffles" I miss her.

I love being a child at times because I don't worry anymore and I have fun! I wish I had an adult sized playground!! I miss that!! if I had the money I would build one!!

I would recommend ensure. It is known as a food supplement for adults. I know this because my biological mama had no vocal cords from throat cancer and could not eat any food through the mouth and had a peg tube in her belly to eat milk like ensure. It was put into a tube and slowly went to her stomach. She couldn't eat ensure because she was allergic to Iron and it has way too much Iron in it. So they had to get another brand of milk from a medical place and this was all she could live off of. However she had to have 4 cans a day, sometimes 5 if the doctor thought she was losing weight.

Ensure would be best because Adults need more calories and vitamins than babies do and ensure is also a food in milk form for adults.

It is a very tasty milk, for she had offered me a can every now and then. She has passed away now though and I miss her.

I have a Nuk 5 and love it! Planning on getting another one someday! I like the ones from Pacifiers R Us! They have a wonderful selection and I personally love the idea of the glow in the dark pacifier lol. I've heard that their care bear ones are great! I have a soft guard one and love it!

I LOVE their pacifiers too!! I have a pink care bear one and I LOVE it!! It is wonderful!!! My mouth never hurts at all and the only problem I have is I get sleepy with it in my mouth LOL!!

[Winnie The Pooh Blankie]

Mommy made me a pink Winnie the Pooh blankie, with a silk border. It's really soft and cuddly and today I sat on the bed with my blankie, paci, and Winnie the Pooh plushie that's almost as big as me, and my rhumba pants over the diapers. I felt like a baby girl, and that felt good!]
