I am not perfect, I dont have it all together, my ex wife cheated on me behind my back, lied about it and then wanted a divorce. I  haven't had the greatest childhood growing up, my parents divorced when I was 8. I discovered I was suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood emotional neglect just last year and all of this is from talking to a therapist after my divorce.
