  1. Castor Oil is a little hard to swallow, both because of the texture and flavor. I was wondering if making it into mayonnaise would make it more palatable. Basically this breaks down into 4 questions:

    1. Is it physically possible to make mayonnaise using Castor oil as the oil, or does it differ from food oils (olive, canola et al) in some critical way that would prevent it from forming an emulsion with egg and vinegar?
    2. Would it be safe to consume such a product, modulo the expected effects of Castor Oil? Normal mayonnaise is an emulsion, but could castor oil react with the vinegar (or the egg, for that matter) in a way that food oils don't that would result in harmful by-products?
    3. Would Castor Oil mayonnaise retain its laxative properties, or would making it into an emulsion prevent it from working on the bowel in its usual way?
    4. Would it actually be any less noxious than straight castor oil? I guess once it's in a mayonnaise, you can add other seasonings to it to make it taste however you want.

Does anyone know enough about food chemistry to answer these with any confidence? Has anyone ever tried it before?

  2. I recently tried the cloth backed abu cushies, and the cloth aspect didn't do anything for me, but I loved how much more adjustable the Velcro was than the regular tapes on the plastic version. If there were plastic backed diapers with a single large Velcro tape per side my choice would be easy. As it is, I have to choose between the plastic feel and the cloth-backed adjustability.

  3. Huggies also sells a diaper called "convertibles" in Australia, which are a cross between Pull-Ups and traditional diapers, and to the best of my knowledge aren't available anywhere else.

These are definitely available outside Australia.

  4. I haven't tried but as was stated already ABUniverse has that new Cushy diaper that seems like its gonna take off as the new designer AB diaper for the new year. They have one tape and seem pretty thick. Might wanna look into those. I'm sure the reviews will start flowing in about them as soon as folks have gotten them in the mail.

They're not that thick, but for $2 a case you can get the old fashioned disposable diaper smell, which was a priority for the OP.

  5. Good to know. How is the sizing compared with bambinos as people tend to find the bambinos to be cut a bit small? (just so people have something to compare the sizing to)

I don't have any Bambinos on hand, but I just compared to a Secure X-Plus medium. The Secure's front and back panels were 2 inches wider each with the waistband stretched out than the ABU SDKs. The SDKs seemed to be a little longer front to back. I assume the Cushies will just be the SDKs with a different pattern.

  6. If they come out with a small size, or if the medium encompasses my twiggy range, I'll most definitely try them. Either way, they look awesome :)

In my experience the ABU mediums fit a little smaller than other brands, and if you put one of their thick boosters in they shrink down even more.

  7. I'll admit up front that I'm no babyfur, but the diapered bunny picture from the Nov 22nd update is fantastic. Where did this "Elliot Ryan" come from? Did he contribute this picture directly to DD, or did it come from a DeviantArt page or something? I Googled the name and nothing relevant came up.

  8. I'm not sure quite what this was--it showed up in the DirecTV listing as paid programming, but it was obviously some kind of infomercial-themed comedy show. It seemed very reminiscent of Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job, but without Tim and Eric themselves.

Anyways, it pretended to be an infomercial, but what it was an infomercial for seemed to change from minute to minute with Monty Python style links. One of the segments was a splinter removal clinic run by someone with an obscene name, and he was wearing a polo shirt and a diaper with no pants the whole time he was on camera.

  9. The FAP,FAP,FAP is in reference to anal sex. It's the sound you hear from your partner's balls slapping your ass as he fucks it.....I've had some good FAP sessions over the years. I'm trying to convince my current girlfriend to let me buy her a strap-on so I can have her fuck me with it.

The first time I saw it was in a naughty webcomic, and it was the onomatopoeia for masturbation--never gay sex.

  10. Thanks for the tip. I have been wondering lately why it seems that the more expensive the diaper is, the crappier the tapes are! I wear abenas and molicares and both have suspect tapes (however, secure plus works very well!). Recently I bought some assurance diapers from walmart and the tapes work excellent. Why is this?

Maybe the tapes aren't better on the cheaper diapers, but because you can't wear them as long due to absorbency the tapes don't matter as much? I notice that most of the plastic on the Secure X-Plus swells, but not the more rigid taping panel; because the others don't have a panel like that, maybe the plastic is stretching which makes the tapes pop off.

Of course if they're popping off right when you put it on then maybe it's something else.

  11. One tape per side would be nice, but it'd have to be a VERY wide tape to get a good fit.

    - C.J.

Agreed. The individual tapes on multiple-tape-per-side diapers seem to be about the same size as the tapes from baby diapers back when they were plastic backed, and the tapes on adult one-tape-per-side diapers don't seem to be much bigger.
