    Story Page Character Encoding

    On the Story page (http://www.dailydiapers.com/content/stories.html), I always have to change the character encoding settings in Firefox to Western (ISO-8859-1) from Unicode. This is the only website on the entire interwebz that I have to do that to.

    My Auto-Detect is set to Universal.

    What gives? I have lived with this since the beginning of time, so it's no huge deal. I just wonder if anyone else is experiencing this.

    look it was dot believable and it was gust ok. cant any one do it right? i mean lets say i have a girl that is mine and is in diapers because of en illness like fiebrspinelmofitit which cases rapid growth of your nerves making them fuse together thus she cant control her bottle-futons and there for is in diapers! see this is gust en thought! k so keep trying to get it right? :bash::roflmao: ps one not on

    Pilots are in those aircraft for a VERY LONG TIME. It's much longer than the time astronauts will spacewalk or need to be seated during takeoff. Ten hours is a very conservative estimate, often times they are sitting in them for excess of sixteen.(I mean...think about aerial refueling even) I'm 99% certain that the idea of diapers was brought up when they approached this issue, they just ended up getting shot down rather quickly.(pun not intended)

    I mean, sometimes they are in there so long that they even have a hard time staying awake and need to take amphetamine. You can't ask somebody to sit that long in their urine, it'd be turning into ammonia before they managed to get out of it.

    In the beginning of Operation Enduring Freedom (2001) and Operation Allied Force / Noble Anvil (1999), et al., B-2 Spirit bombers would fly with two aircrew (1 Pilot & 1 Mission Commander) from Whiteman AFB, MO to the target, deliver the ordnance and return to Whiteman AFB. In some cases, this was in excess of 40 hours!

    In all fairness, there is a toilet on the aircraft.

    Now imagine taking a slow-moving O/A-10 across the Atlantic...

    Time to fire off some questions to all of you, since they could benefit us all.

    Where can you buy diapers around here that are not Depends? Brick & mortar places, not online. Instant gratification, dammit!

    My contribution: Olympic Pharmacy in Gig Harbor, A&H Pharmacy in Kent and RXtra Care Pharmacy in Bellevue (on NE 148th).

    Is there anyplace that sells cloth diapers & plastic pants for us locally, that is also a brick & mortar establishment? How about other AB / DL gear?

    Babies 'R' Us is great, but would be greater if they had stuff in my size! There's got to be something on Broadway in Capitol Hill, right?

    Are there any organized munches, get-togethers, etc. in the Seattle area?

    I'm sure I'll think of more...
