  1. I actually just bought my ticket today! They are still avalible with out any problems. I think The VIP tickets are sold out but general admission is no problem. I downloaded some info on the party and they will have beer samples there for the early birds. It will all be gone if you purchase a late entry ticket. Idon't know how many of you care but I thought that I would mention it. I have bibs with 5 diffrent phrases. Got Milk! Mamma's Baby! Sissy Diaper Baby! Cry Baby! and Little Potty Pants. I'm not usre I dare wear all of them in public but maybe at the ball. I think I will wear the Got milk one if we ever swing by Hooters Hotel & Casino! looking forward to having fun. Tami
  2. Indeed this event is hosted by the same people who put on the Vegas event and they have no problem with us AB's & DL's. I have not heard of this other group at all! But then again I'm not from Tampa. I am also looking for ideas for phrases to put on my bibs for my new dress. I am going to do one "Momma's Baby" But I was thinking of some with more telling phrases like "Little Potty Pants" or "Sissy Baby". I was going to make a couple of funn bibs like this that are reversable with a phrase on each side. So I need to think of about 4 good phrases. Thanks, Tami
  3. Hello, Bri Guy and I have been promoting a get together in Vegas for the 25th of Oct. I just found out that I may have to be in Tamp FL around the 1st of Nov and there is a Fantasy ball there on that day! Anyone from down toward Tamp want to attened this event? Let me know ASAP because I will need to work out the details Thanks Sissy Tami
  4. We are still trying to keep this post near the top so people will see it and maybe join us in all the fun we will have.
  5. Looking forward to seeing you there and getting to know you a little better. I know that we will have a lot of funn
  6. This discussion is getting a bit funny as far as the Big Mean Friends thing gose. There will not be any trouble at all. Humor and quick wit will keep you out of more trouble than bruit strength any day. I mentioned the deal about being down on the strip late at night just as fair warning. I have been there that late all by my self and did not have a problem. However I could see the potential for a problem so I will avoid it in the future. When I say late I mean late like 1 0r 2 oclock in the morning. I have been down there at other times of the day with out a problem at all. Second on the Photo thing I totally understand not wanting a bunch of photos of you out all over the internet. I have had literaly thousands of them taken. I know some of you will think that I am exagerating but I am not. Less than three thousand but more than two. I have only come across my photo being posted or used by others three times. And they were all offical potographers from the event that I was attending and they were posted on there site. the only exception is NapkinNights. They send photoraphers to big events like the Holloween ball in Vegas and others like the Feista bowl party in Tempe AZ. I have made it on their site a couple of times. But they have on clear ID badges and will ask you aobut wheather you want your photo posted or not. So I don't think that there is a big chance that you will find yourself on some utube or major blog being seen by family or associates. I don't know if this helps at all but I wanted to mention it. Like I said before I am not going to push anyone into anything! You do what you feel comfortable with period. And Yes I am a bit imposing with the big fluffy dress and tall bonnet. I could be a NFL linbacker under all that fluff and you wouldn't know. A fact that has keep me out of more touble than I can imagine. No guy would want to take the risk of getting his but kicked by a sissy baby 6 foot tall or not. It's not worth the risk! Thanks again Tami P.S. I am still working on my new dress and it is comming along. I have well over a hundred hours of sewing into it and a whole bunch of fabric. about 18 yards of fabric 45" wide cut into little bits and sewen back together. But it will be cute!
  7. I know what you are going thru with the whole shy thing I fought that for years. As you can attest I have gotten over it though. LOL The whole point of the weekend is to have some fun and feel more comfortable in our own skins! to have some public acceptance and the like. I don't want you to think that you need to go dressed as a baby or in a diaper anywhere you don't want to. You will need a costume for the ball if you plan on attending that. but it dose not have to be a baby costume or just a diaper and a T shirt though. It could be anything at all? something that had a little bulk so you could hide a diaper might save you some time in running to find a restroom if you do a bit of drinking. LOL The nice part about being at a hotel right on Fremont St is that you are in a crowed the second you leave the hotel. We can go out with only me dressed in baby clothes and then if you like the experiance you could go up and change in about two minuets and be right in on the fun. Or you could do like you did in San Deigo and just watch from the side line. If we wanted to all go incogneto and be in street clothes including me for some things that would suit me fine too. It's nice just to be in a group with people who understand and you know you can ask questions and they are not going to react negitivley. I can't wait! Work is really pileling up and I will be out of town a bit between now and the event. So if you do not hear from me don't think that I have gotten cold feet. I just don't always have access to e-mail when I am not in town. Thanks Tami
  8. I'm starting to think about all of the fun stuff that we can do in Vegas. I mentioned most of this before but if we have a plan we will be able to see and experiance more in the short time we are there. Square Duck mentioned wanting to see the fountains at the Bellagio. that would be fun especially at night with the lights. The pirate show at the front of the Tresure Island casino would be fun as well. Both of these are on a schedule so you need to plan a little. Also the Mardi Gra parade in the sky at the Rio is fun but again on a schedule and you need to plan it a bit. These events happen several time a day so they are not hard to hit. Fremont Street Experinace is fun from the time it gets dark until well after midnight. I think that the SEMA car show is in town this weekend as well. You could spend an eternity there but I'm sure that it would cost a some money. Just a stroll up the strip is fun on a saturday morning thru evening. If you are dressed in infantile clothes you want to avoid the late night hours on the strip unless you are in numbers. Just drunk rednecks and gangsters down there that time of night. You are fine until about 11:00 PM. There is the M&M factory that is fun! The Hard Rock Cafe. Hooters Hotel and Casino would be fun I could wear a bib that said "Got Milk" on it! We could do a photo scavenger hunt to see how many cocktail waitress we could get our photo taken with. There is a couple of hotels that have roller costers on or in them and for a not to large fee you can go for a great ride! Does any of this tickle your fansy? I have to warn you that if I am in one of my big dresses I can't go anywhere fast as I am constantly being asked to have my photo taken with people. I know that would scare the hell out of most of you. But it is a good spectator sport as I mentioned before. If you ever wondered how people would react to you in baby attire in public this is a great oppertunity. I travle a bit for my work so if you have other things or events that you would like to attend in other parts of the US or Canada let me know I might be able to arange it. Hope to see some of you there.
  9. Go for it! Where are you from? Have you see the post about the Vegas actvity? I would definatly double up! Tami
  10. I have booked a room for this event.. I will be staying at the Las Vegas Club Casino Hotel rught on Fremont St. I booked the room thru PriceLine for 74 Dollars a night. I booked it on the front end of the site not the name your own price end. That way anyone can book at the same hotel for the same price as long as there are rooms avalible. I am checking in on Friday the 24th and checking out on Sunday the 26th. I wanted to let you all know so you could make plans if you are so inclined. The cost of the Fantasy ball is $80.00 with fees. I know it can be a bit of a sticker shock so I wanted to give you time to make plans or arrangements. We would love to see you there. If you want to come and join us in vegas but don't want to go to the ball that would be fine as well. Thanks, Tami
  11. We would love to see you there! The sky is really the limit with these folks. Some of the outfits are really over the top and people have gone to a lot of trouble to get or make them. (Like mine) but the majority of people wear stuff they can buy at the local Halloween store. You could go in a hospital gown and leave it open in the back or tie it up when you are not feeling as secure. Like the trip to and from the event. I would suggest that you go to the event web site and have a look around at past event pictures you will get a lot of ideas real quick on what you might wear.
  12. I am getting so excited for this trip it is going to be so much fun. I wanted to put out some ideas for other activities we could do while there. There are many possibilities depending on what you are looking for. The SEMA car show is in town that weekend! Probably not the best place for baby garb but if you like cars this is a great attraction. When I have been to Vegas in the Past and especially last May when I was there with Heidi Lynn we had a great time just walking around the "Fremont Experience" in our garb. The reaction to us was great! I have talked about it before and we had a ball. We got a pictures taken with some show girls and just about everyone else that was there. If you are camera shy this might not be appealing to you, but keep in mind it is a pretty good spectator event as well. If you are interested to see how the public reacts to me and or others in our best baby dress then this might hold some value to you as a casual observer. It wont take you long to see that it’s not as scary as you might have imagined it to be. In fact it’s quite fun! So of you might want to go and put on your best attire and make a return trip. Just walking up and down the strip people watching and be watched is pretty fun too. It is a little less intense than the Fremont Experience just because the crowd is not as concentrated. You have to be careful about what time of day you do this though. Late at night is a bad idea, the strip is flooded with drunk punks and rednecks late at night. I don’t have a problem with this particular group of people but they are not the most tolerant or understanding groups of people. So this should be avoided! We could hotel hop and go ride the roller coasters if that is your sort of thing. The M&M factory is fun as well. The Mardi Gra parade in the Sky is fun at the Rio hotel casino. And you are sure to get some beads if you are in baby attire. Some of the shows are grate as well but that can cost you a little money. Food! Food is good and not to expensive in Vegas and going to the buffets is always good. There is a group of nightclubs near the strip that cater to the GLBT community. In Vegas they call it the “Fruit Loop
  13. Hello again, I had to move so I have been a bit absent from the posts. Here is the information on the Fetich & Fantasy Ball. I empahsize the Fantasy for those of you who have a hard time with calling what we like a fetish. The event is on the corner of the Strip and Sunset Blvd. I hope to book a hotel thru PiceLine here in the next little while. I will let you know which hotel I get and the peramiters I used to get it on price line. They do occasionaly sell this event out in the weeks previous to the event so advanced purchas is a good idea. I will keep you posted on this. Here is the text from there site: www.halloweenball.com In 2008, the THIRTEENTH annual FETISH & FANTASY HALLOWEEN BALL moves BACK to a FAMILIAR LOCATION : The Las Vegas Sport Center at the corner of Sunset & The Strip. 14. As far as what Mommies can wear it's pretty wide open. She could wear a fifties style dress like Lucille Ball wore in her TV shows. She could wear a more traditional style maids uniform. A fun one like the one Collen Camp wore in the movie Clue. She could wear govenress dresses like the ones worn in the Sound of Music or Mary Poppins. Nurses outfits are popular and the fetish balls. But I prefer the goveness or nanny attire of the 20's to 50's
  15. Thanks Sarah those are some good ideas! I will check to see what I can find out about the Pride events and post them. Las Vegas is always on a Friday night in the 3rd week of April. The route is down by Fremont St Experiance and old down town. This are of town is less expensive than the bigger casinos on the strip. The Long Beach event is always the Sunday before the Memorial Day weekend. Not to be confused with the Sunday before Memeorial day. Most of the time it is the third Sunday in May unless the are 5 and even then sometimes it is still on the 3rd. The San Deiego Event was the Third Sunday in July. The traditional day for Pride events is on the second or third weekend in June since that is the aniversary of the first event. Some Cities hold them at diffrent times because they do not want to compete with other larger near by Cities events. Some time it is a factor of the seasonal weather like here in Phoeinx we hold ours in March because any later than that it is too hot. So Places like San Fansico, Los Angeles (Hollywood), New York (location of the first Pride event) as well as Places like Minniapolis - St Paul hold their events in Mid June. Pride events are easy to seacrch for and find out about. Some times there is some lag time on their postings because of the transition in the event commities. But if you look back at their past events you will find a pattern in what weekend they hold the events. Most of them are pretty consistant in there timing as a lot of people have it in there schedule every year. The local Municipalities don't want to guess every year when they are going to hold thier event. Fetish events are also easy to search for but you have too look through some pretty intresting stuff to find acutual dates and event inforation. The big Las Vegas event is very consistant as well always the Saturday before Halloween. They also hold other events one around New Years Eve I think.n Phoenix has three events every year. On the first Sunday in October the second Sunday in February and the Day before Memorial day. Tuscon hold one event in August. The hotel they hold it at (Hotel Congress)does not have air conditioning so they call it "Tuscon Heat" Most the people don't wear much clothing so it works kind of. If you like the dates and locations I have mentioned please let us know. If you find one you would like to attend let us know that as well. I like the thought of off season in some of the resort towns back east. Most hotels have a couple of meeting rooms that could be used by a small group as well. New Orleans holds a big event and they are used to seeing some diffrent thing down in the Big Easy as well. I am told you have to be careful about where you wonder off to as some neiborhoods are a little tough. Thanks again.
  16. This is exactly the type of "imput" (lol Bri) we are looking for. Thanks everyone for taking the time to jot us a few notes. I forget that we are a global community some times and that some of you are a long long ways away. Las vegas has never been more than a six hour drive away for me from where ever I have lived. When you leave a note tell us what area you are from and maybe there will be someone in your area that wants to split the cost with you. I have been a little straped myself for the last couple of years and I know how tuff things can be. Heidi Lynn has been more than willing and gernerous and helped me to get to some of these outings. It worked out well for us because she wanted to do stuff like this and I had the know how and conections. I know that from just about any where in the western United States there are many inexpensive ways to get to vegas. I don't know much about them but there are bus tours that give people rides to the casinos for almost nothing. I think they charge you a nomial fee and then give you some "action" for there casino. I have never looked into this myself so I don't know much about them other than that have them. Bus fares can be cheep to if you already know some people that are going to be there who can help you get around when you get there. Veags also has a double decker bus system you can ride all day along the strip for only 6 bucks. All I am saying is if you would like to come please let us know together we might be able to work it out. I have already started to do side jobs so I will have the money to go. And I am making a new dress so I wont be in the same thing that I was last year. I know some of you are not into having your picture taken. I joke a lot about being bashful but you don't have to be around me in my cosutume for more than a few minuets to realize that I love the attention. For me it is so comforting that people will accept me dressed like that. Of course I feel vulnerable and nervous but those feelings never last long when I am out and get such a possitve reaction. If you know of a venue in your area that would be appropreate for such an activity let us know. You never know we might be able to bring this travling circus to you. I have wanted to go to Marti gra in New Orleans for years. And there are pride events all over the world in most major towns. Thanks again and keep your thoughts and concerns coming.
  17. Yes Please give us your impute on this oppertunity! If this type of outing does not suit you fancy then what would? If you think that this is a bad idea, we would like to hear about that as well. If you do think that it is a bad idea please tell us why you think so. Don't just say "this is a bad idea" and leave it at that. We hope that we are putting a good face out in public for people to see. Maybe one day a AB/DL will not grow up thinking they are the only ones in the whole world who feel the way we do. Even though it has been a while since I thought that, I still remember that feeling and the feeling of great relief that came when I discoverd there were others out there. Because we are willing to be "the face" and be out there in public we could really use your support and ideas. I don't want to hear 10 years from now about how we did it all wrong. Especially from people who watched from the side line and gave no impute. I'm not saying we won't make any mistakes, but we are trying very hard not too. I have put alot of thought and work into how I present myself at these outings. The outfits that I wear have taken me hours and hours to put together and cost a pretty penny even though I do them myself. You only get one chance to make a first impression. I want them to be very theatrical in there apperance so that peoples first reaction is "Wow!", "You look great" or "where did you get that costume". Once they have that first good impression and they get a second look or have time to think they will ask me "what I am wearing underneeth my pretty dress", or if "I am wearing daiper". I even get asked quite a bit if "I need a change?". I feel like we (Heidi Lynn, Briguy) and myself have made an honest effort to be a possitive influance and to make a good first impression. We are by no means the first to make this effort. Tommy, Angela, Heidi Lynn and a good deal more others have been out there for years. And we are greatful to those who came before us to give us courage to stand up and be counted. We are all brought together by our love of diapers and all that encompases. That gives us our unity but our real strenght comes from our diversity. This is why BriGuy and I have given this shout out. We need your ideas and thoughts! Ok Ok Ok I'll get off my soap box! But please give us your impute. Thanks, Tami
  18. Come and join us BriGuy and I wanted to check and see what the intrest would be in the community for a get together in Vegas would be if there was some advanced notice. Well we are planing a get together around the anual Halloween Fetish ball held anually in Las Vegas. I have a post in the Lifestyles folder that has all the details about the Ball and photos from ones I have attended in the past. Check it out and give us a shout back if you are intrested. It is going to be a whole lot of fun and an eye oppener as well. Remember "What happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas". Not to mention that flights and Hotels to Vegas are readily avalible and inexpensive. Thanks Sissy Tami
  19. Here is the address or link to the sponsor of the event in Las Vegas. http://www.halloweenball.com/
  20. Thanks! I went to a lot of work to make them I also have some maid dress like the one you mentioned before. As well as a little girl pagent dress in purple!
  21. Hello, What a great topic! I make my own dresses so I pretty much get what I want. I too like most anything that Shirly Temple wore in her early films But here are some photos of my dresses
  22. Hello, We got a great response from the community on BriGuys posting from our trips to Long Beach and San Deigo Pride Events. Lots of people we wanting to have another event with some advanced warning so they could make plans to attend. Well there is an upcoming event in Las Vegas that could fill the bill really well. On October 25th Las Vegas is having the annual Fetish Halloween Ball. This Event is renowned for it's size and is considered one of the top parties in Vegas all year. Only behind the New Years eve events. I thought that this might interest some of our more bashful because "What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas"! This event offers you more anonymity than you can possible hope for! You could wear a diaper and a T-shirt to this event and be considered conservative. If you need a little more anonymity than that you could always wear a wig or a mask and you would still fit right in. I have been to several of these events in the past and they are a blast. Between 5 and 6 thousand people attend and believe me there will be at least 1000 in attendance that are pure eye candy no matter what your preference is. The entertainment is over the top on several different stages at a time. There are Vendors there who provide everything you could ever hope for. I hope that you will give us some impute as to your thoughts on attending this event and possibly a smaller get together with just us AB/DLs before or after. If you would like to join us please let BriGuy or I know we would love to have a group of us there. I guarantee you that you will have a great time and get a warm response. I do nothing but pose for pictures all night from people who are intrigued and fascinated by my appearance and want to know more about the lifestyle. I wanted to share some photos from past events so you would know that I am not just blowing smoke.
