Since I wear 24/7, diapers are all I wear on my period. Haven't used tampons or pads for a couple of years. Kara.

I have been wearing diapers 24/7 since I graduated from college and got my own place. My interest diapers stems from stumbling across some pics on the internet in college. Shortly after deciding I wanted to wear fulltime (at least for a short period), I wondered what it would be like to "have" to wear them due to incontinence issues. Through continously wearing, using them, and some hypnotic recordings I began noticing a gradual loss of control. Five years after starting I feel I have very little if any control of bathroom issues. Did one method work better than the other? I can't say. I do not have any regrets as I love my diapers. There is definitely a feeling of security and I value that feeling and the convenience of not have to find a ladies room unless I need a change. My relationship with other people? I just tell them I'm incontinent which is an easy story to concoct because after college I moved several hours from where I grew up because of the job offer I accepted so I had to make new friends. Just my two cents worth. Kara

I wear mine 24/7 and use them for their intended purpose. I wet, and mess in them. No AB interest here though. Kara

Typically I change 3-4 times a day, and I'm not really on a schedule, just an as needed basis. KaraDL

As a huntress and a target shooter I also several guns. Sitting in my safe are 4 rifles, 3 shotguns, 1 muzzle-loader, and 2 handguns. KaraDL

In the warm months of the year I like wearing a long t-shirt and my diaper to bed, in the colder months either some flannel pajama pants with a long sleeve shirt and my diaper or a one piece sleeper (very comfy). KaraDL

About 5 years ago after graduating from college I started wearing 24/7. I'm still wearing as close to that as possible, I have no regrets, feel more comfortable, and there is a certain amount of pleasure being able to sit at my desk at work and wet myself. I hardly ever use a toilet anymore. If someone catches me I just lie and say I'm incontinent due to a car accident or something like that. As far as diapers to work, I prefer an actual diaper not a pullup. Usually wear Depends to work because they are thin and if I'm wearing tight pants they don't show and they are relatively quiet compared to others. I think I'd have a difficult time going back to not wearing all the time, if for no other reason that I love my diapers. KaraDL

I just put them in my regular trash in the master-bathroom. I live alone so I don't have to worry, but I empty that trash everyday and it has a lid with an air-freshner. KaraDL

Ever since I've been a DL, I've worn while hunting and fishing. I just try to wear a very absorbent diaper with boost pads so I don't have to change as often. If I do that and watch my fluid intake I can usually go a full day in the woods or lake without having the headache of changing. That can be quite difficult during the November deer season with all of your winter clothes on. Also since I'm a women, diapers mean I don't have to worry about getting most of the way undressed to answer natures call. KaraDL

That's pretty unlucky, fortunately that has never happened to me before. Not sure how I'd react either.

This very minute I'm wearing an Attends 10. I usually wear Attends, Abena Xplus, or Depends for something thin like going to work. For boost pads I'm partial to the Abena ones. Abenas I have to get them from the internet, but Attends and Depends I'll buy in person.
