I used to be nothing but sexual for me, the best way of getting off. I still feel strongly attracted to girls wearing diapers but nowadays wearing also helps me relax and I can wear a diaper all day long without getting excited- it just helps me unwind. I get excited more easily when wearing, though.

That would be idiotic if you wear trousers over the diapers.

Obviously you're still afraid of mishaps. That I can understand, especially in public. Maybe you can regain your confidence in your own abilities by slowly trying to wean off diapers at night? I might cost you a few sleepless nights, but it would help you building up to not wearing during the daytime...
