ok all this takes is some lube, you need a cylinder shape object drill a hole at the end of it then you lube that up stick it in your butt then take some warm water not to hot cause that will hurt or if u like cold that is fine to but anyways pour the water in the tube and water will go inside your butt then take it out slowley then make sure u have a diaper near by cause then once you stand up it feels like you have lost your bowls and it feels really good and is heathy for you to well i hope you try and comment if you have thanks diapergirl i love doing this
