Wow! I did not see this one coming. Suddenly, the tie-in between the two stories is very clear, and very frightening. Things are getting really tense.

For a first effort, this is really good. And you've chosen a theme that is very popular, so there's a good chance you'll get over 1500 views at the outset. Going forward, the challenge is creativity. Doctors and nurses of the female variety take a real beating around here, but they pale in comparison to moms and stepmoms with little boys under foot. Over and over again, the first signs of toxic masculinity result in a return to diapers. In September of last year, at one point fully 6 of the first 22 stories in this forum were pursuing this theme. The creative hurdle that has to be cleared is the complete imbalance of power between parent and child. The kid can be easily destroyed, but how can the kid get out of this box without help? I can think of only one way to avoid deus ex machina, and I have yet to see it here. So, give it a shot, and let's see in the next chapter where this looks to be going.

Great line! The back and forth between Herb and Julia is classic, Rita and Vickie have sorted things out, and the great reveal is now on the horizon. How are all these women going to react when they finally learn the truth?

Interesting. You are 26, and assume that it's magic. I'm 64, and assume that she's stoned or off her meds-- in short, that she's hallucinating. The author can put this to rest by using the tags. If it's "magic," tag it as such so that those of us who do not fit in the Harry Potter demographic can move on.

Still doesn't make much sense. Is the minister conducting the ceremony also in on it? The clerk at the marriage license bureau? What happened at the rehearsals? The bridal shower? No wedding dinner? In whose names are the airline tickets if bride and groom are flying off for their honeymoon? Bad dream? LSD? Be interesting to see if there is a logical explanation for this in the offing. If there is, then the setup here is clever indeed!

The best solutions to cloth diapering problems are to be found on the websites devoted to infant cloth diapers. If you are not already using white vinegar and lemon juice at the recommended points in the cycle, (be sure and double rinse), these sites will introduce you to how to integrate them into your laundry routine. Also, if you can hang them on a clothes line to dry, sunlight remains the best disinfectant.

Very promising, with a great hook at chapter's end. I hope that the poor girl is just having a bad dream.

Terrific chapter. The household is beginning to take shape, and Vickie's past is now catching up with her. Ian is in bed with the Mafia, and it's implied that the end of this story will be very bloody. Thank you for sharing such a complex story with us, and keep it coming!

Thanks! Not an engineer, so had to look up minimal deflection. It looks like the table is not the hazard, but the wall mounting. What do you wanna bet that a mother who put a three year old weighing 52 pounds on the table, only to have it collapse and dump the toddler on the floor, would soon discover that she doesn't have a legal leg to stand on? Seem to recall that adult changing tables have been installed in some airports. Read it here, as I recall, but never seen it elsewhere.

I just have to ask. Does anyone know how much weight one of these infant changing tables will hold? I have visions of Courtney climbing aboard, and the whole thing collapsing and dumping her on the floor! Talk about a blow out!

Bernice is a neat character, in a really interesting profession. It would make a great story line-- dealing with girls who are still wetting the bed at 18 and above. A sorority that actively recruited bed wetters, maybe a fraternity house doing the same. The possibilities are endless. Are you planning on writing something like this?

As advertised, emotionally intense. Gotta admit that I didn't put the clues together, but now Vickie's character really makes sense. And she's bringing out the best in Sarah. I also love what you are doing with Bernice and Tippi, who seem so real. Another great chapter, in a terrific story. Can't wait for more.

Have to agree with Little Lamb. The continuity problems make the story feel staged. And if AI reduced weeks to hours, should the story be credited to AI? By the way, it would help at the opening to spend more than one sentence on the goings on at the bar. I drink either Patron Silver or a reposado when doing shots, and I flat out guarantee you that I don't hit the floor after three. Are they drinking rotgut? Are they so poor that they can't afford the good stuff. In short, it would really help if you took the time to introduce your characters before diving into the diaper bondage stuff.

Love this chapter. It's funny in parts, but it is also warm and caring. The more I see of Suzie, the more I like her.

I share your concern for the future of this site. Spider crawls are going to make it very easy to scan content for violations of state laws governing adult content, and the absence of a solid age verification protocol in my judgment will make this site vulnerable on this score. The administrators do a great job when it comes to keeping minors out of sexual situations in stories here, but will that be enough?
