I love the Tena briefs because they are super thin and hold ALOT and the price was reasonable. Now, I can't buy them here. Does anyone know of a good alternative?

As someone with bowel incontinence sometimes it is unavoidable. I always make sure to have a spare handy, with a disposal bag and wipes. Proceed to the nearest bathroom immediately. No one wants to smell you. Make sure you have a disposal bag or two to prevent your diaper from smelling up the bathroom.

Whats the agenda? It is Wednesday to Sunday. Four days seems like a lot and I don't think I can be/ want to be away from my family that long. Would it be okay to come Wednesday to Friday PM / Sat morning departure? Or would I be missing out on too much? 🥰

It has never come up, but I would just say I've been struggling with bladder issues and some bowel issues.

I just bought a case of the Abena Undies and they are great, especially because they can hide under my swimsuit so I can lounge and walk about without leaking all over the place!

I know a player on a nationally ranked college basketball team and they are, off the record, consistently checking everyone's heart on the team, due to the vaccine. They won't tell that to the news outlet, out of fear of getting attacked. But the facts are the facts. I think the virus escaped from a lab in China (as does the USA now concur), by ACCIDENT. Shit happens. I think the vaccine was made out of the best interest to help people. Yes pharma companies profited but I don't think the virus was created by pharma companies. I do think the vax was still harmful. Better to get the virus or the vax? Probably the vax for most people, but that doesn't mean the vax didn't kill. Just my $0.02

I took the vaccine and the next day my appendix ruptured. I delayed treatment because I was told it was a covid symptom from the vaccine. When I finally went to the hospital I was told I could have died. When I told them I got the vaccine and then my appendix ruptured they told me to stop talking.

I'm 105 kgs and wear a medium Gary pant. The crotch is a bit small, but they seem to work well for me with my Rearz Hybrids. I wear them cloth side out. I wear a medium in the North Shore pant, shiny side out, to work, but I wear a white onesie, so the shiny side never shows. I wear a large North Shore Pant to bed. The plastic pants are just too loud, hot and uncomfortable for me. I leak alot so I have to wear something over my diapers. Just my $0.02. I will say my wife doesn't love washing them 😅

Try the Gary PUL pants. I wear those when wearing casual wear. I use Northshores when at work and sleeping. Totally game changer. I leak probably 25% of the time, and hard to tell when so that helps. My body type must be odd because the larger diapers sag too much and the smaller ones have leakage around the top. Usually due to my penis' direction.

Wow well I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but I just started leaking in a MegaMax after 4 hours. I can get 3-4 out of a hybrid most days. Messy makes it more challenging and forget the numbers. I mean I have 2-5 bms a day. I need to find an alternative to the supreme that will be an 8 hour diaper (2-3 hours for me). That won’t swell as much as a MegaMax. Plus makes it more cost conscious for messy diapers.

I find I use cream less and less. I usually just wipe and tape my diaper back on and be on my way. I use a vaseline type product if I get a friction rash and desitin if that doesnt stop it. Changing quickly if messy is key. And then changing if too wet and the diaper bunches up causes issues as well. I always use NorthShore Wipes front and back every change. I then either pay dry with toilet paper or wash cloth, or, if none available I dry myself with the diaper inside itself and then apply it. Clean wipe plus dry-ish seems to be the ticket for me most of the time.
