  1. Don’t listen to babykeiff, he wants to be seen as someone who knows a lot, but he’s just posting fantasies. he said he blocked me, well you cannot block anyone in here. Just him saying shit like this, because I share my opinion on what he says, should tell you everything. He’s not trustworthy! if you want to shrink your bladder, diapers alone won’t do it, you have to work on having an empty bladder at all times, I.e. limit your fluid intake, and actively make sure to empty out your bladder all the time, and this takes months if not years to see results, by then you will have accomplished an overactive bladder with little capacity. others in here have mentioned how they managed to do this, and their stories can be found in the forum. there isn’t any magic bullet that will render you incontinent over night, well an accident might, but wants to do this.
  2. Your bladder won’t shrink unless you make sure there’s nothing in your bladder. Wearing diapers in itself won’t do it. You have to make an effort of keeping your bladder empty or as empty as you possibly can, for a very long time.
  3. I have been doing this for close to two months now. I try to do the bladder massage every 30 minutes, and despite I cannot feel my bladder most of the times, I still manage to squeeze out any urines stored in my bladder. It takes time and patience. I can remember when I first started doing this, I had to press like 100 times before my bladder responded, now I only need to do a few taps, and my bladder releases, though sometimes I still need to work hard to get my bladder to empty.
  4. Reverse kegels are still sort of mystery to me, how to do them, and the feeling when doing them correctly. links to sources which have detailed description and easy exercises is highly appreciated when I pee, I try to pay attention to the feeling (the openness of my sphincter muscle) while peeing. I can best describe it as a open feeling, but still I’m not sure if even that is correct. @Georgeyou mention Practicing every day standing up, do you push out slightly to sort of relax your pelvic floor muscles and sphincter muscle?
  5. I have been using this method for quite some time now. My urge to empty my bladder now starts a lot sooner, and I’m trying to at least once every hour to initiate bladder contractions, and when an opportunity arises I do it even more frequently. I’m averaging 17/25 voids during the day. Nighttime excluded. I now feel somewhat strong urges to void at around 150-180ml. Don’t know my max level, as I’m actively working on reducing bladder capacity.
  6. Im actively forcing my bladder to empty. I’m doing this at least every hour, sometimes when I have the opportunity even more frequent. I have an app to both keep track of how many times a day I forcefully pee, as well as making sure I don’t forget to empty my bladder. Most times I can’t feel anything in my bladder by still I manage to get around 50 ml. Out. my hope is that I can speed things up considerably so my bladder becomes irreversible overactive.
  7. So How did you do to train your bladder to become overactive? Just going to the toilet every 30 minutes and relaxing, or did you do some techniques to provoke your bladder to contract?
  8. Try switch to cloth diapers for nighttime. Maybe your subconscious is going against you, out of fear of leaking. Disposables (my opinion) are not suited for handling bedwetting. I’m on the same path as you, and use exclusively cloth diapers, so when I wet in bed, no matter how I’m positioned I can wet freely without fearing leaks.
  9. A thing i didnt mention, was how my bladder behavior fluctuates throughout a week. Some days I run for the bathroom every half hour, while other days, my bladder is a lot more calm, and it can be a few hours in between. Though generally I’m not able to hold what can be considered normal volume I.e 500ml. anymore before it becoming very uncomfortable.
  10. Well first and foremost, I’m aiming at urinary incontinence, including bedwetting. when I first started wearing diapers, I quickly realized that just wearing diapers wasn’t enough, I wanted to be dependent on them, hence why I’m seeking incontinence. I’m still far from reaching that goal, despite I have been in diapers for a decade. Some days I feel a need to pee very frequently during the day, with smaller amounts coming out, the bladder urges also differ, ranging from mild (normal desire to pee) to strong urges. I haven’t had a genuine accident yet, even when I’m struck with a strong urge. like you, I’m working actively towards an overactive bladder. I assume once accomplished, urge incontinence and bedwetting will follow suit. bedwetting is also a thing I’m actively pursuing, I do wake up several times during the night, and quickly a strong urge to pee hits me, sometimes it flows out almost instantly, while other times I have to actively push or move to get the flow started. However I quickly drift back to sleep afterwards, thankfully. in general I tend to think my subconscious mind is fighting me back on me freely letting go in my diaper, despite I’m well protected.
  11. Im on the same path as You. working on turning my bladder overactive, by emptying the bladder frequently. I sometimes measure my output in order to map my progress and thereby getting to know more about my bladder capacity. So When I feel a strong urge my bladder usually holds only about 200ml. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less, but statistically it’s on average 200ml. when I sense normal need to pee, the amount in my bladder is less than 100ml. in the rare occasions where I feel a really really strong urge, I pee around 300ml. I still have control despite been on this path for more than a year. Will my control decline? Well so far. Haven’t genially lost control yet and peed in my pants.
  12. I think you got my message wrong! I’m not constantly hacking my status, I don’t need to do that. What I’m saying is basically the mythical 12month program does not work, sure by following it, you pee a lot, but it doesn’t bring you towards genuine incontinence. Maybe you should read up on the subject, incontinence. incontinence is not just wetting without a thought, it’s loss of body control, either by strong urge, stress I.e. weak pelvic floor or a combination. im focusing on the urge incontinence by working towards overactive bladder / shrinking my bladder. You definitely don’t shrink your bladder by drinking loads of water, that does the opposite, like I said in my reply.
  13. I can only testify that I have spent years on untraining / training towards incontinence, closing in on a decade. just drinking loads of water and relaxing won’t do anything. Drinking loads of water helps train the bladder to hold more, and every time you are not focused, the pelvic floor muscles tenses up. I have after years of trying the above process to no avail, taken another approach, and that is limiting fluid intake while actively provoking my bladder to release. The goal is to shrink the bladder capacity. results so far, waking up several times during the night because I need to pee. Only recently begun to stay in bed, relax and let it happen in my diaper, and quickly drift back to sleep, goal is to introduce consistent bedwetting, and from there continue towards daytime incontinence
  14. I deliberately went back in diapers 24/7, years ago, and never looked back. I’m also Actively working on losing bladder control, this is not as easy as imagined.
  15. It might work, but it is hard work to decrease bladder capacity, but doable. I’m on the exact same training schedule, though I do wear either a pad, or a tape diaper, which I just pull down in the front when going for a pee, every half hour. actually the more you manage to provoke your bladder to empty, the faster it goes with making your bladder unstable. At least that’s what I have been told from someone who did succeed in doing this. howabout wear a pad, or thin diaper so you can stay relaxed all the time.
