  1. We allow unregistered members to post for two reasons. The first being what was mentioned by others (givng shy new members a chance to post discreetly at first) and it also allows for spontanious posting by visitors if they see a post they like. Many people get bored with a board before they get through registration and validation.... if they don't register until they are already involved in conversations they are more likely to stick around.

For security purposes, unregistred posters get their IP addresses logged, this will prevent abusive postings and multiple personality cases by allowing me to block the IP of anyone causing trouble.

  2. I know for a fact we have more female members than the survey would indicate, they simply don't always expose themselves.

But... what really interested me from the survey was the age we see ourselves as. I've always felt like I'm stuck at 12 years old inside, and because of that - i thought - didn't really fit in with the 'babies' that are the focus of this fetish usually.

I was surprised however to find that almost 13% of respondents listed their "prefered" age as higher than the normal diapering years, while still sharing the prefrence of wearing diapers.

I'm medically incontinent, so it's difficult for me to say for sure that I would like diapers if I hadn't needed them; but I know I always had a fasination with different underwear, wanting to wear anything but the boring white briefs my parents bought for me.

I would be interested to hear the thoughts of those of you who see yourself as an older child still in need of diapers... such as why you feel that way?

  3. I use premium diaper brands (Abri-Form X-Plus, Secure Plus, etc...) so that I don't have to change when it's inconvienent. I also find the best time for work to be the moment I wake up (before anyone knows I'm awake) So I usually stay in my night diaper until early afternoon.

My main change points are before bed (always want a dry diaper to start a long night) and before dinner (I consider it offensive to sit down to eat with others while wet.) and usually an extra change before going out of the house to be sure my pants stay dry until I get home.

  4. "In the middle of the night, I had to go to the bathroom. Well, I pressed my call button. Nothing happened. I pressed my call button again. Still nothing happened. Come to find out, my call button didn't work. Now, I was dry heaving which caused me to have stress incontinence. In other words, I wet the bed. I was so deeply embarrassed. I began to cry. So my roommate then pressed her call button for somebody to come in. Two women came in. I believe one woman was a nurse and the other one was a nurse's assistant. They decided that they would slap a diaper on me without considering how it would make me feel. It took away my dignity. "

  5. Several new companies making high-tech versions of old-fashioned cloth diapers are finding success.

Companies like Time For a Change in Stow, Ohio are selling diapers made of stain-resistant, waterproof fabrics that are easily washed at home.

Parents who use cloth say they're interested in saving money, helping the environment and ensuring their child's skin is safe.

The US Environmental Protection Agency says about 16 billion disposable diapers are used each year in the United States, costing parents an average $2,100 a year.

  6. Police say this is one of the most bizarre cases they've ever seen.

The couple was arrested last week and was arraigned Monday in Kings county. They've both been charged with abuse and false imprisonment of their own child.

A Hanford couple is in jail tonight accused of child abuse.

Police say Heidi and Ricardo Hernandez tied up their son for days, but what happened when authorities went to arrest the parents shocked even some officers.

Hanford police say 24-year-old Heidi Hernandez and her husband 32-year-old Ricardo held their 7-year-old son captive in their Hanford home.

When the boy returned to school his teacher noticed the bruises on his wrists and called police. It was then the 7-year-old told authorities exactly what happened.

Captain David Scott of the Hanford Police says, "He had claimed that the father had tied him to the bed left him tied for approximately 8 days, forced him to wear a diaper during this time, would untie him to allow him to eat but other than that kept him tied to the bed."

Police say the victim was being disciplined for fighting with his 5-year-old brother, but the parents tell police they are not to blame. They say the 5-year-old tied up his older brother.

Scott says, "We just felt that it was impossible for the 5-year-old to tie up a 7-year-old to that degree to keep him restrained and to cause those types of marks on his wrist."

The two boys were placed into protective custody, but the couple was arrested days later for a reason that even shocked officers.

Scott says, "You would think a normal person would realize that if child protective services was taking your kid you'd be concerned that you'd get to the bottom of it. Instead they went out of town for a couple days on vacation it was almost they figured they had free baby-sitting so they took advantage of it."

The district attorney says that Hernandez could face more than six years in prison for these crimes.

Police say the couple has been so uncooperative that last week while they were questioning the mother, the father tried to escape the scene unnoticed and while their two sons were in protective custody they went to Catalina.

  7. A South Valley judge says two Hanford parents are going to trial on charges of child abuse.

Police say Ricardo and Heidi Hernandez tied their child to his bed for eight days.

They say Ricardo Hernandez bound the boy's hands and even tied one foot to the bed.

The boy was also forced to wear his younger brother's pull-up diapers and was only untied for meals.

If convicted, they both face up to six years in prison.

  8. Some of the health org's are pushing for Doctor's to ask male patients about incontinence during checkups - like they routinely do for women - since several survey's have suggested that the male incontinence rate is as much as 4 time higher than previously thought as most men won't tell anyone they are having that kind of problem (Don't ya just love overly macho men? LOL)

I think that's the real reason behind Depend Guards for Men, no much a "treatment" option, but a way to hide the problem, since most wetting - minor enough to be protected by a light pad - is medically correctable.

  9. Not sure what to tell you on that one, haven't heard of that problem. My advice would be to try and keep your username and password to about 8 charatrs and ignore the option fields (You can fill in your profile after registering. If that doesn't work, send me an email with your desired username and password and I can pre-register you.
