I don't watch the UK TV programme called This Morning but I found this YouTube clip 'while looking for something else. It was broadcast on TV in February so mab have already been talked about on here. Sorry if I'm duplicating. I thought it was cool that a mainstream TV programme could talk about incontinence and adult nappies in a straightforward way. It helps to relieve some of the shame about nappies - whether they are worn by choice or necessity. I loved Pree, the 'Adult Nappy Influencer'. However, i don't think she is the first. They have avoided the ABDL people out there who do reviews and things online too. Link -

Thank you for writing this. I have experienced exactly what you have written in point 1. I have masturbated, not experienced the Big O but still felt ashamed and guilty etc. I did not know it was a 'normal' thing to feel - the shame guilt etc. I thought I was weird somehow. I am slowly learning that things I feel and do to do with diapers is normal and this helps immensely. Thank you so much

So I treated myself to a pack of Tena Ultima (plastic backed). I put one on this morning before my morning wee and I had forgotten how great they felt. It took my morning wee with ease and I had a cup of tea and my health drink, and got ready to go into town swimming and run some errands. It is about a 25 minute walk into the town centre and the bulge of the Ultima under my skirt felt fantastic. I wet a lot more while walking in to town so by the time i got to the pool it was so full, fit to burst, and felt heavenly!! My bum must have looked huge. It felt glorious. After my swim I put a Tena Maxi on and wet it almost straight away (my nappies never stay dry for long). The only thing, I think, that could have made this morning better would have been having a mummy / auntie / nanny to change my nappy for me. Happy me

What position do you like to be in when you pee your nappy? I was thinking about this the other day when I was walking through the town centre and started to pee in my nappy without really thinking about it. I think standing up is my favourite position to pee in because I can feel the nappy swell between my legs and I like the weight too. I do like wetting myself lying on my back with my knees up and feeling the warm wet under my bum and then the back of the nappy sags with the weight when I stand up. I leak more if I pee sitting down though.

I have 'nappy phases' - I suppose this is the binge part. I order some and wear almost constantly. But after a bit my need fades and I can have a month or two off. Is this the sort of thing you mean?

I haven't clicked the link, but public toilets can be very unhygienic and I'd rather have my nappy on than go in them.

Being DL (sometimes AB) is a part of who I am but it does not define me. My husband knows and is fine, he accepts that I will be diapered at home. I do not shout about it though and only a couple of friends know - one is DL and one AB/furry. I am very comfortable wearing my nappies out in public under my clothes and I love wetting myself in public. But I don't want to show them off. I do have a fantasy of being in a strange town where no one knows me and being more open about it.

I play as an older kid, or early teen. I don't want to be a baby and unable to talk or do anything. I want to be independent, able to talk, play, run around in just my diaper, go out to the shops etc. I still need a mummy / nanny to change me and make sure I'm looked after, maybe feed me with a bottle before bed.
