pooping in my diaper in bed

I got up this morning in a wet & poopy diaper i have had a wetting. Issue but never pooped i this ok or is their an issue i should get looked at

I once woke up in a poopy pull ups because I was sick and had diarrhea so I did it in my sleep.

I don't normally poop my diaper but I did just this morning. I had just started to get over some diarrhea and woke up this morning, but partly fell back asleep again. Somewhere in between then and waking up in earnest I pooped my diaper, go figure. I usually change about an hour after waking up so I figured why not just stay in it. While out walking my dog I had to go really bad and figured I was already messy so why not just use it any ways.

You list yourself as incontinent and say in your post that it is urinary, if this is caused by nerve damage of any kind then it would certainly be something to get checked out as it could indicate further nerve complications. But if it is just a one off then go with it.

If it keeps happening get checked out by a doctor, they've seen it all.

I myself have had a few poop accidents but I know it's been just a case of what I've eaten, distance to toilet etc.

Read your body, if it's out of character you should know.
