HuggieBaby
So recently I read a topic and someone mentioned the salt water flush...I'm tempted to try it, just wondering if anyone could give me a little more insight about it, like how long I'll be pooping myself would be a good thing to know lol. Guest diaperguy68
It doesn't sound safe to me. I thought about doing it too but then my senses kicked in. Link to comment

babykeiff
Sorry if I appear a lil dumb lol but what is a saltwater flush? naughty_baby, a salt-water (proper name is a saline flush) is where one uses sterile saline solution to rinse out certain areas of the body. With the growth of pseudo medical enema treatment, some people mix sea salt and water in a glass, drink same, and empty their bowels of all contents. This tends, due to the weight and toxicity of the water, empty the stomach, intestines and bowels of all contents including the valuable nutrients used to try and digest whatever food is within the system. Another side effect is the increased direct absorption of salt into the blood stream. Salt, in this quantities, will destroy the ability of the red blood corpuscles to remain intact. Medically, this process is not recommended, except under direct medical care and directed and controlled by a qualified and experienced medical practitioner. Link to comment

babykeiff
Yeah when BK says don't do it, I tend to listen. Thanks for the vote of confidence. All these "home remedies" aren't really that safe. If you want to shit your pants... get some cod liver oil. Cod liver oil works, but it can be nasty on your system. If you wish, eat high fibre meal - ie oatmeal, and increase your water intake. If your digestive system is anyway normal / fast, you will have a nice messy diapee in a few hours. If you wish, fish and vegtables will also race through your digestive system, but you may need to add cod liver oil capsules to help it along the way. The increased water means that you will not have to force your bm. Link to comment
