I used to live in Beaufort was down there for Hugo. I had a friend up there in Charleston. Couldn't tell you if he was still around. I personal like to go over to the Old dpf site. You can look up by state and town who's there, granted the info is outdated but you never know, I found 5 friends right here in my town/state using it not long ago. Best of luck on your search.

I live in Charleston, SC.. about 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from folly..
