I was told I need to pay to use chat so if i pay how long will it take to be accepted in chat.

you can use the open chat. the live chat you need the +18 to use it. if you post on the board some more i think the count is 18 times, if there still using that system. you can get the +18.

on how fast the verfiying your age by using the pay pal. i can not tell you that. its on how fast the persons are on doing the set up on the board.
