Kiddo Fluffy Fly sample size

So i got some Kiddo Fluffy Fly samples size large from northshorecare and they are way to small i am a 38inch waist and could not get the bottom tape on they say large 40 to 52 i am thinking who ever did the packaging put a med in a large bag or something. wondering if any one else has had this problem? I sent in pic to show northshorecare they said its not there product but they are going to make it right and send me xl to see if that works.

Sounds like a mis package not on northshore but by the diaper brand, something messed up in the factory.

Good on them for trying to fix it. Hopefully you have better luck with that one.
