Natalie's bad day turned worse....

Natalie stomps her foot. "But mommy i am a big girl i didn't mean yo pee pee my diapies! I wanna go back to my big girl undies! Big girls don't need diapies!" With a pout still confused by her own image in the mirror.

Linda pops Natalie's bare leg. "I will not put up with a tantrum. I know you didn't mean to have an accident, but you did have one and until you stop having accidents. You are going to stay in diapers."

“But… mommy what about school and soccer?! I can’t wear diapers around the other big kids!” Natalie says whining wiping her face.

Linda looks at Natalie. "Well which is more embarrassing for you? To have your classmates and teammates seeing you in a diaper under your clothes or them seeing you with a big wet spot on your clothes from having an accident?"

Natalie sighs, "the wet spot mommy..." she succumbs to mommy and follows her to get changed sucking her thumb.

Linda nods. "I thought so sweetie." She took Natalie up to her bedroom and laid her on the bed. Linda untapes the diaper and cleans up Natalie's skin with some wipes. She puts a new diaper under her and powders her bottom. Linda pulls the diaper up and tapes it shut. "All done. Now to get you dressed to go to the park."

Natalie sucked her thumb knowing this wasn't right but decided to get this horrible day over with and try to move forward. She laid there in her fresh diaper sucking her thumb

Linda looks at Natalie. "Do you want to wear shorts or a dress to the park to play?"

"Dress! I wanna feel pretty at the park!" Natalie says happily but confused still a little. She was definitely feeling more excited for the park though.

Linda nods. "Alrighty then. A dress it is." She looks through Natalie's closet and gets out a flowery dress and then picks up some ankle socks from the dresser. "Arms up." Linda slips the dress over Natalie's head and put her arms in the sleeves. She buttons it up in the back. "Can you put your socks and shoes on your own or do you need me to do it for you?"
