The darkness

Some days like today the darkness can literally be over whelming, the voices in your head get louder and louder telling you that you not Good enough or look at you mess all these things up..... 

Some days like today you just want to isolate and cry everything out, and isolate some more just to stay into oblivion. 

Some days like today, you don't want to deal with anything and or anyone. 

Some days like today,you just wet your diaper continously all day and try to find SOME comfort and wanting to forget the pain and anguish, even just for a some small fraction of a second.  

Sometimes the box you bottle up the darkness in just breaks....... now it's a  task to fix the box and put the darkness back in. 

Some don't make it that far..... 

Will I?

I completely understand how you're feeling buddy. I felt that way on many many occasions before. The darkness is real, SO REAL but the important thing to remember is that you're NOT alone and that the mind goes up and down in terms of its feelings in that eventually those voices get quieter and quieter until finally you gently come back to being happy. It's a lot like a boiling pot some days the depression and voices in your head boil over very intensely and suddenly and wildly but if you just moving and watching those feelings then eventually I promise you, they go down. The chaos in your head can sometimes be very overwhelming like a big giant tornado or a hurricane or a tsunami but eventually the sun will shine through and come out. And that and remember that people loves you and care about you and would really miss you if you were gone. I know I would, because I love you and care about you so much big bro! And I would really miss you, I wouldn't know how to handle it. So next time you hear those voices of "you're not good enough" or "my life's going nowhere" just remember that we're here for you, and we'll be right there with you. Big hugs!🤗♥️😉
