Have you ever been asked if you were wearing cloth diapers and plastic pants?

Anyone ever been asked are you wearing cloth diapers and plastic pants because of the plastic pants making noise more for whatever reason? What did you say?
I have thought about wearing cloth diapers and plastic pants full-time under my clothes but wonder what would happen if I got asked are you wearing diapers?
I don't know how to respond. There are times when my pants sagged slightly when I walk. I have to stop and pull them up. I get picked on by family members for this. I have fears of getting picked on for diaper bulge.

Honestly no. I find plastic pants actually help reduce diaper related sounds.

If you are wearing cloth diapers and plastic pants, not cloth back disposable diapers, the bulge in your pants would more than likely be noticed. Strangers won't comment, but friends and family might comment out of concern for a medical condition.
