What does the hand mean on the top right corner of my avatar?

I can’t find anything about it, but I am curious what the little indicator on the top right corner of my avatar means. Thanks in advance for reading and answering.

move your cursor to it and it says you joined recently.

Ohh! I am on mobile! I didn’t see the tooltip on hover since I am on an iPad! Thanks for letting me know!

Why not just click on it and find out? If you configure your browser right, when you put your pointer there, it would tell you. At least FireFox does if you get the right add-on
