Spicy food, wetness, forgetfulness and regretfulness

Ahhh life with ADHD. Forgot drink enough water and went for a walk, got very concentrated pee all rubbing up against everything, irritating it. Forgot to change my diaper when I got back home for several hours. Forgot I made and ate very spicy salsa with a couple habaneros when I got home. Forgot to wash my hands after handling the chiles or the salsa. Went to change for bed, have bad diaper rash. Check for lesions.

What the fuck do you do if you get capsaicin in your diaper rash. Does anyone have a copy of the manual, is this in there? Pls send help. And a milkbath.
