In this sketch comedy show, there's a segment about a woman going on a first date with a guy in a bar. The guy is obviously wearing a very thick diaper underneath his pants, and when she asks him about it, he starts using his diaper in front of her. She's disgusted and starts leaving, but the guy starts ranting about the advantages of diapers and calls an array of diaper-wearing historic figures to back him up.
