Addison didn't like that tone in her former secretary voice, she immediately sat down in her chair and yanked the little woman over her lap again. Addison digging into her purse and pulling out a hair brush that to used to straighten herself up before meetings. Addison was a bit taken aback by that mommy comment it was obvious Rukia didn't mean to say it, but the word did have a nice ring to it. Addison did keep up the spanking though alternating between Rukia's two butt cheeks making sure each one was equally spanked.

Addison decided to play along with this until Rukia calm down and returned to turn to normal, "It was an accident sweetie look how about I get you dressed and we can go home." Addison said taking Rukia off her lap.

She then noticed a wet spot on her skirt, obviously the diuretic hadn't completely worked itself out luckily Addison knew what to do although this was probably the most strangest thing she was ever going to do. Addison then cleared off her desk taking the computer screen and mouse pad and anything else off it before laying the little woman on it.

Rukia cling to Addison like small child not realizing what was about to happen she asked "i can clean myself up i dont want to burden you anymore then i already have is that alright?" she asked scared

"Shhhhhh now be good and just let mommy get to work." Addison said with a blush, she then pulled out some wet wipes and after a few pauses and some mental preparing she took them out and started to clean her former secretary's privates and bottom like she was an infant even going so far as lifting her legs up to clean better.

Rukia went quiet after saying "yes ma'am" she laid there as she was cleaned up she squirmed a bit. She laid there silently because she didn't want to get into any more trouble

After she was done wiping Addison dug around her desk and pulled out some white towels from a drawer as it's been stated she was prepared for anything, she kept the white towels to clean messes or to keep herself clean during a lunch if she was eating in her office. 

She then got to work lifting Rukia's legs and bottom up and put the white towels under her before laying her down, it wasn't long before she made a thick makeshift cloth diaper, she even took out the biggest safety pins she could find and fastened the diaper on to her former secretary making sure it was both secure but still comfortable.

Addison then admired her work she thought that all those years of babysitting when she was a teenager had finally paid off, although not in the way she expected. "Now I think that's enough working for now I think it's time we headed home." Addison said taking her former secretary's hand and heading out of her office and down into the parking lot.

When they got to the parking lot practically all the cars were gone except for one or two belong to janitors, even heading down to the parking was quite easy, especially since it was obvious from Rukia's bulgy skirt and her little waddle that she was diapered.

When Addison got your car she opened the back door and helped Rukia in, but the moment the little secretary sat down on her bottom she immediately shot up with a yelp her bottom still obviously hurting badly from the spankings. "Hay its okay the pain will disappear, but for now you're going to have to bear for it." Addison then buckled her in before closing the door and activating the child lock.

Addison got into her car as Rukia was starting to panic, she even watched Rukia pulling down her skirt forgoing any modesty and seeing the mortified, horrified and embarrassed look playing across her face on seeing the big cloth diaper she was wearing.

Addison couldn't help but giggle slightly as Rukia looked more like a fussy child than an adult, the diaper even making the comparison more apparent. Meanwhile Rukia was absolutely furious and humiliated as she slowly was starting to remember the things that happened to her after having that coffee.

Upon seeing that Addison sprung into action climbed into the back and stopped Rukia from hurting herself. It was a bit of a struggle but Addison was bigger and stronger, plus after all those spankings Rukia didn't exactly have the strength to fight back as much as she'd liked, so it wasn't so long until the little woman was back to sitting on the lap of her boss and being held like a child.
