Does anyone here agree with me that I think that some of the Diapermess.com videos are fake?

Recently I have been looking through the diapermess videos to try to think of new things to mimic / do with my gf but while looking through I got curious and went to the messing stuff and realized most of them don't seem like they messed except the enema and runny / diarrhea messes. This made me believe that some of the so called "messings" are just them pretending and I don't know if that's true or not. Maybe I am just overthinking it and they're just not messing a lot to make it sag or bulgy.
