'Departures' Movie

In the Japanese dramedy 'Departures', an attractive young man takes up a job as a moritician's assistant. As part of his job, he's cast in a film recording for an instructional DVD on how to properly prepare a body for burial, and to do this he starts out wearing an adult diaper, which he seems quite embarrassed about. 

The entire film is up on Youtube. I actually recommend this one, it's a nice watch. It would be better to find another source if you want to watch the entire film though; the video quality of the one of Youtube isn't the best. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtUSiGcU2c8
