Adult Diaper Change ON STAGE

This one's a doozy. There's this Dutch skit theater production aimed towards older kids/younger teens, which features a very particular scene. There are only 2 actors. The scene comes to a halt and after a pause, character 1 says he smells "poopy pants". After having a brief argument, character 2 admits that he has pooped himself. He drops his leggings to reveal a real cloth adult diaper, and plays on a cellphone while character 1 very graphically changes a VERY realistic looking poopy diaper. Everything is shown, fake poop and real genitals included. Afterwards he just pulls up his pants again and they continue the show like it's just business as usual.

I don't know. There's probably not much that's funnier to a middle schooler than poop and wieners. Nudity is also a bit less of a taboo here in Europe, although in this case it's definitely added for some shock factor.
