Picket Fences

In the 1992 TV series 'Picket Fences', season 3 episode 22, Howard (after a long battle with Alzheimer's) becomes confused and publicly undresses to nothing but his adult diaper and some garb that's supposed to be native American. At a certain point, mid-conversation, his diaper starts leaking. We briefly see it actually come out of the diaper and run down his legs, and when he squeezes the front to try and stop the flow, even more pee comes out. After this, he excuses himself, telling the bystanders watching him that he's incontinent. 

Bonus: when he comes back from his "change" he holds his soiled diaper in front of him, handing it off to his daughter while he remarks on how the diaper stinks and how heavy it is.

I don't remember this one but I do remember o e where the son had a major bedwetting problem and got made fun of at school. But man what a great looking attends!
