So I'm more of visual learner. That is I attend to absorb more from on hand experience and videos than books. Probably the ADHD thing. Would Bible study videos benefit for me or a audiobook for solo study time. I know knowing the Bible is important but studying doesn't come naturally to me.

what i think would help you is what i use, im autistic, and tend to not understand what i read, but the pastors i listen to explains everything that is read, read a verse and explain, read another and explain,  i think you would get a lot out of it, its the shepherds chapel, nondenominational, taught pastors dennis and his (in videos) late father arnold murray, you can go to https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwiY_s6F47j9AhWKmWoFHdR1A5MQFnoECAkQAQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fshepherdschapel.com%2F&usg=AOvVaw2KGdHTvFrEzdnZBjQDdjKrwww.shepherdschapel.com or look them up on youtube, they post their daily bible study hours there, and leave them up for about a week, give it a try and see what it does for you. you might be able to catch it on tv, they have their own channels on dish and directv, and some local stations carry them.
