Hiding Belly Due To Blaoted Pee Belly

How do I hide my bloated belly due to pee? It looks like I am pregnant. 

I cant keep wearing winter clothes to hide it. It is more noticeable. I look like I am pregnant or can't loose weight. 

I used to be comfortable in a two piece bathing suit but not any more.

Thanks! I used to be on the thinner side. The belly just makes me look fat and I miss my thinner body.
