Combining the Two "Bulky Diapers" threads

There are two threads about bulky diapers. I am joining them here. It is properly a 'little" thing since babies are blissfully unaware of the thickness of their diapers and being in diapers is more an issue with littles for a number of reasons e.g. being "put BACK in diapers [threated as a baby]" and the thicker the diapers, the more of a baby you are. Also thicker diapers are felt more strongly; especially between the legs, with all that implies about how helpless you are to do anything about it. Granted, one of these is a little girl thread. Little girls had specific issues with being diapered that pertained only to them.  Girl bedwetter was more likely to be put in diapers than a little boy and little girls were kept in diapers to a greater age than little boys and expected to be more babyish If you look at a baby nursery, wither for a boy or girl, it looks more feminine with lace and ruffles and a little girl's room is more a continuation of that than a boy's room
