How long to retrain?

I have retrained myself from 24/7 to night wearing only then to not being diapered at all. Going without was especially difficult the first 2-3 weeks, my bladder was so sensitive. I've been retrained for a few months and getting ready to go back to night wearing due to a couple of accidents, I'm being put back into them (yay!!). Hopefully will be back 24/7 eventually.
