Hello, I'm new here from Wisconsin looking for friends close by.  I am wondering the best way to establish myself here with very limited access, for example I can only logon to this site most mornings for a limited time.  Can I email people directly or them me?

I haven't had much luck, but I'm very reserved. If you want to find people quickly I have read that fetlife is a lot better for that.

Fetlife is the correct answer. We run events in Madison and the Fox Valley fairly regularly, sometimes things in Milwaukee as well. If there are events being run in other parts of the state, 'm not aware of events of them. This group is your best bet for keeping an eye on what's going on.
