Swim diapers

Hi there I have been dealing with accidental bowel accidents depending on what I eat sometimes I feel it other times I don't and well mess. So my question is this what type of swim diaper is the best to use. I plan on doing swimming for special olympics next summer and want to make sure I'm keeping everyone safe from a possible accident

if your worried about it being a bit of a liquidity movement I’d also recommend wearing a tranquility swim mates with the sosecure over it. 
 

A lot of swim schools require this method of disposable with a reusable over top to minimise the risk of leaks, and I see no reason it would be different for adults.

if you do have a mess well swimming it’s still important to get out of the water quickly, or leaks will happen if you keep moving.
