Has anyone read Dr. Rhoda's new book? I have started it and so far it is amazing. She is a great advocate for our community and so much more.

Read it when it came out. About to reread it  she is amazing

Started it so far so good  It's got some good exercises exercises that I haven't started working working on but I think they would be effective
