In need of an attitude adjustment

At work I’ve had an attitude issue, nothing too major, I don’t think anyone notices but me. However, this week my attitude has gotten a whole lot worse, to the point that I legitimately feel that an adjustment is warranted. Not sure exactly what I want to do about it. Would appreciate some input on a punishment.

I would love one, but I know I don’t have the ability to give myself one as thorough as needed. Perhaps as many licks as I can give myself and then some icy hot to do the rest? @spanky, you got a number of licks I should aim for?
